Ok restaurant. Food tasted pretty good, mashed potatoes very smooth.

Just that the portion for my beef bourguignon was pretty light. The butternut squash soup was fine but the edges were already cold and generally the food took a while to be served out of the kitchen.

The whole restaurant seemed to be operating on a skeleton crew from FOH to BOH on a Saturday night.
Would give it 3.5. Seemed understaffed, but our waitresses did the best she could and was still relatively attentive. The food however, was lacklustre and the portions were definitely way too small considering the price. Ordered beef bourgignon and it came out practically cold and was the size of an appetizer. Overall great atmosphere and if I came back it would be for a drink on the patio. No food.
We discovered this place while googling and it was a gem. I like to cook and can make duck confit but of course nothing like the many professional chefs. The duck confit was the best even compared to restaurants in France. The lamb shank was second to none. Bon apatite!
