I used to buy the cupcakes since the early years of Les Glaceurs. They were so delicious, always fresh and more affordable, I feel like the quality has really went down, the icing is much more sweeter and the cake is not moist. I’ve bought them as few times the past year or so and it happened more than once that the cupcakes were not fresh. I’ve giving many tries, but Im really disappointed.

I was happy with the online service. I liked that the cake looked like what I sent as a picture. This was very important since I ordered a personalized cake. Just to give a transparent opinion, the cake is good but it tastes like a very sweet commercial cake. The design is really the strong point of this place. Finally, I found the price of the "golf ball" and the "golf flag" ($5 each) a little exaggerated. You will understand by viewing the images. I believed that real work would be done.
The cupcakes are good but that heat inside really ruins the experience! We finally went out because it was too hot!! I don’t even know how their employee works, it’s honestly borderline! And the decor... it's a real shame they are well located but we don't want to settle in, it's not cozy, unlike the café next door which is super cute! Damage…

Their service is very good! Patient and attentive to the customer! I needed a cake for the next morning and it was ready. I asked for the Stitch cake which is on the site and I received exactly the same. The only downside is that the frosting was too sweet otherwise the rest was great??
