We spent the last day of 2024 having lunch at L'Express, and it was the perfect way to close out the year. The restaurant has an elegant, timeless vibe that makes you feel like you're part of something special the moment you walk in. Service was flawless—attentive, warm, and professional. The chicken pâté appetizer was absolutely to die for, and the homemade ravioli was rich, delicate, and full of flavor. An unforgettable meal. We’ll definitely return next time...
Restaurant has been open for a long time and is a blend of classic French and Montreal fare. Food was amazing. Complimentary table gherkins with mustard was oddly delicious. Profiteroles for dessert were also a highlight.
By far one of the best restaurants in Montreal. Incredible French Bistro on St-Denis. The service is fantastic, the food is delicious, and the cozy atmosphere is immediately greets you.

The duck and veal kidneys are a must have. Finally the Ile flottante dessert is massive, but delicious.
