We went to eat in this restaurant on 11/10/24 in the early afternoon. The food was very good, and special mention to our waitress who gave us excellent service. We will come back, for sure!

Very disappointed with our experience. The Oreo frozen smoothie we ordered was very liquid, just like a chocolate milkshake (see photo- milkshakes are supposed to be smooth and thick, not have liquid separation like you see in the photo!!!) We mentioned it to a waitress who noticed that our drink seemed watery with just foam on top, so she went to check with the kitchen. She came back to say that she was sorry that we didn't like the smoothie, but that they told her that's how it is. It's $9 plus TX and tip for the "frappé" so it comes to $12!!!! Not worth it for something that tastes like Oreo chocolate milk + shot of espresso. Too bad for us. Then, the scrambled eggs were not cooked enough in my opinion, I found them really too wet. The potatoes were good. The bread is super good. My fruit bowl was good except for one moldy green grape. The staff is ok. We had to wait 15 minutes before we were offered a coffee. We won't come back

I had heard a lot but the place was very disappointing. The potatoes (french fries) and bacon was almost burnt and overfried/ overdone. There was just one egg. The food was very disappointing and expensive.
The owner is a good guy! I like this place, I recommend!

Faulty air conditioning that only turned on and off every now and then while we're having a heatwave in MTL (we were there for close to two hours unfortunately and they had doors open but that just brought flies in). Worse: no bathrooms available for the day - yet no sign at the door or any attempt at communicating about these two problems before the customers sit down, order, and then realize the mess they're in...
Service was UNBELIEVABLY slow: obvious lack of staff. Ten minutes to get a glass of water, and only for half the table ? Mess-ups started adding after that: plates delivered at different times, wrong order, etc. The Head waiter tried to smooth things out but the experience was already ruined. Great smoothies/juices, as always, but the food was kinda "meh" and the rest definitely isn't up to it. Basically: not going back there again. Sorry guys: hope you improve. Don't bother replying, I'm already elsewhere.
