I find this to be a wonderful spot with a beautiful array of diverse choices for the community. There is an ideal option for anyone who decides to drop by. The setting has a highly comforting and social feel to it. The team delivers fast, polite, and effective service. I will definitely be returning to explore more of what is offered.

For our first time trying to visit and eat at this specific location, unfortunately we left extremely dissatisfied as apparently when arriving 20-30 mins before your closing hours, as your staff refused to seat us for service and asked us to leave.

It's strange that businesses suffer due to less clientele these days, yet instead of wanting to make money from later arriving clients, you'd rather give a poor impression of bad service and refuse money, which in turn also does not make us want to ever come back.

Would've loved to leave a positive review, as it is a lovely restaurant, seemed clean, but your staff clearly has no interest in working, making tips or allowing this business to make more money to potentially also offer better pay to its staff and / or avoid eventual business closure based on your staff refusing customers at the door just because your closing in 20-30 minutes.

Without customers, no money comes in for it to continue to thrive.

And if your specific location stops cooking that early before closing time for which ever business reason the owner may see fit, if that's the case, then you should consider locking the door so clients can't come in, or putting a sign up at the entrance indicating that your service hours are not the same as your store closing time and that you close your kitchen at least 30 mins in advance.
Cause every other l'Oeufrier location we've been to has never asked us to leave when arriving 20-30 mins before the closing time and has always given stellar service and epic meals.

We can all understand refusing someone arriving 5 even 10 mins before closing but not 20-30, especially when there's barely any clients in the place.

Your competitor Allo Mon Coco welcomed us instead today since we had to find elsewhere to enjoy breakfast, and they were happy to serve us and take our money.

As for the clearly copy pasted owner's generic reply, it also demonstrates how little you care to have new or keep existing customers, since my review is clear as to what happened and I shouldn't have to copy some URL and repeat what I wrote right here. Not to mention ending with you hoping we'll have a better experience on a next visit, when we didn't get an experience in the first place as we never got to be seated or eat! And that I clearly stated your staffs refusal to seat and serve us turned us off to the point we will not be coming back to give a 2nd chance. Replying to reviews with ignorance is also unprofessional.

Definitely not a place to go if you are more than 6 you can wait 30 min just to get your table, so many people, don consider this place being calm.
