We went for breakfast today. The food was not bad but service was terrible: The waiter was arrogant and not helpful. He was not happy when my son was hesitant about his order and wanted to stop the order instead of taking the ones from the rest of us and come back to him. My eggs came with shives even though it was not put in the menu, when i said i dont like shives he said he can only change it if pay 50% of a new order. In addition he got me the wrong coffee. We stayed at Best Western Plus downtown and this brunch place was a 3 mins walk from our hotel. It was busy in the morning and there was a line up. We ordered their breakfast sandwiches and poutine, it was tasty and quite filling!
Mediocre at best. Expensive for what it is. Potatoes tasted and looked like they were cooked hours ago and reheated multiple times. Also, check your bills before paying. We paid and then realized we were charged for an extra coffee. When I brought it up there was no apology, only annoyance from the server.
