I want to complain about the terrible service at this club! It's honestly so stupid to close off areas (hoping they'll fill up at a certain time) when you come in ready to buy bottles and spend the night in the second zone, only to be told you can't go there because it'll stay closed until the first floor is full. I don't recommend this place at all because of this awful service.

They do not specify in their publications that they charge $15 per person, the first floor fills up quickly and they do not open the second floor until they are full, they keep you standing without a table, chair, and without space to be, they should unlock the second floor faster for greater customer comfort.

This time there was a theme show (it started late), there were dancers miming. The music is quite nice and varied (the DJ made an excellent mix), the staff is attentive (from the reception, the waitresses and security), the service at the bar is fast (the cocktails are nice). Regarding security in the place, there was a person who was pocketing and a young man who had too much to drink (the latter was removed in time) who turned out to be uncomfortable and made his own show. The place has 2 levels and opens according to the capacity at the time.

No respetan las promociones que dicen tener en las redes sociales , aún haciendo recevra y pagando entrada obligan a tomar una botella por la mesa luego de que el grupo ya ha consumido varios drinks, la política del consumidor dice que ningún negocio de bebida debe obligar al consumo de una botella por mesa , se consume más en drinks que en una botella , la logística está muy desfasada y obsoleta ⚠️, poca atención del servicio de meseras , cuando pides une drinks tienen muy pocas opciones, muy limitados , la página publicitaria no están al dia . We paid for tickets for a Bruno Mars evening show, and we left at 12:20 p.m. and no song by this singer has been played since we arrived at 9 p.m. We expressed our discomfort to the staff around 10:45 a.m., they assured us that it would happen around 12... But nothing... We left disappointed... 4 tickets + changing rooms + drinks, so as not to have We didn't get the show we paid for.

Honestly, if you go downtown, it is preferable to go to Salsathèque: the entrance is cheaper, the alcohol is cheaper and the music is much better.

Watch out for the bartender, he adds 20-25% tip directly without telling you, so don’t tap without asking for the tipping option, he did it with me and all of our friends, even though we asked him not to; also, the guy is slow preparing the drinks and the taste was forgettable.
The food is not cheap, portions are regular and flavour not as good as you would thought. There was only one waitress and even though we had a large table, she was basically not there if we needed something else, but she was indeed fast when we asked for the bill.
The atmosphere is not so bad, it becomes a club after 9-10pm

When it came time to pay my bill I was told the internet was down and machine was not working. I would wait. And I waited, waited, and waited, and waited...and waited.
No one offered some chips and salsa? A drink? A discount, nothing. I wanted the owner to see the chipped bowl and know how long I had been waiting. His response was no big deal, simply it was not his fault, not his fault.
Who then is responsible when YOUR customer is served food in a chipped bowl? Who then is responsible when YOU have YOUR CUSTOMER sitting and waiting, and waiting, because YOUR internet is not working? Is it fair they YOUR Customer's time is wasted? YOUR customer was served food in chipped bowl?
No respect for their customers. A waste of time and money. What a terrible experience.
