Marvin is a great guy, the service was amazing, absolutely I’ll return 👌👌👌😍 Unbelievable the bartender is the worst of this place closes 2:24 am and supposed to be closes 3 am, even in another occasion he have a very bad actitud, is he don’t wanna work at this hour is better change his job to another place, even he didn’t want give us water I don’t know what happened here, the boss should be check his worker, just the bartender, the rest are great 👍🏻

The place has lots of potential with good music but the waitresses are very pushy forcing you to buy bottles. I spoke to 2 waitresses to ask if we could stay at a table since we brought my mom. The girls had 0 sympathy, 0 sense of accommodation. We were really disappointed. Worst part was that the tables were free the whole night. 👌🏽

Terrible customer service. Waitress started to scream at me for not buying two bottles of alcohol right away when sitting waiting for the rest of our group to arrive. I’m a person who’s sick and wears headphones due to a degenerative brain disease and tumours, I was treated like trash without empathy when I asked for my $15 cover charge refund. The waitress had no right to scream at me. She said I screamed first but I couldn’t hear her, she was demeaning and disrespectful towards me and my companion. Our group of 12 friends came in after still. We still left because of the disgusting behaviour from the staff when we asked for refund. We were going to buy bottles but were waiting. Also how is it that the door staff doesn’t know when the cover charge starts? The one time I decided to go out for the first to this place and never again. Se salvaron que no tome fotos ni videos de como me trataron, lugar tan elitista con falta de respeto a los enfermos. Es que mi plata no vale?

I want to complain about the terrible service at this club! It's honestly so stupid to close off areas (hoping they'll fill up at a certain time) when you come in ready to buy bottles and spend the night in the second zone, only to be told you can't go there because it'll stay closed until the first floor is full. I don't recommend this place at all because of this awful service.

It is very stupid to close areas (in the hope that it will be full at a certain time) when you arrive with the idea of buying bottles and spending a night in the second area and you cannot access because it will be closed until the first floor is full. I do not recommend this place because of this terrible service
They do not specify in their publications that they charge $15 per person, the first floor fills up quickly and they do not open the second floor until they are full, they keep you standing without a table, chair, and without space to be, they should unlock the second floor faster for greater customer comfort.

Entrance fee $15ea, cocktails between $13 and $20, if you want a table you must buy a bottle (rum, vodka, whiskey). Leave your coats $5ea. This time there was a theme show (it started late), there were dancers miming. The music is quite nice and varied (the DJ made an excellent mix), the staff is attentive (from the reception, the waitresses and security), the service at the bar is fast (the cocktails are nice). Regarding security in the place, there was a person who was pocketing and a young man who had too much to drink (the latter was removed in time) who turned out to be uncomfortable and made his own show. The place has 2 levels and opens according to the capacity at the time.

No respetan las promociones que dicen tener en las redes sociales , aún haciendo recevra y pagando entrada obligan a tomar una botella por la mesa luego de que el grupo ya ha consumido varios drinks, la política del consumidor dice que ningún negocio de bebida debe obligar al consumo de una botella por mesa , se consume más en drinks que en una botella , la logística está muy desfasada y obsoleta ⚠️, poca atención del servicio de meseras , cuando pides une drinks tienen muy pocas opciones, muy limitados , la página publicitaria no están al dia . En conclusión lamentablemente no recomendable 👎
