We sat with the menus for over twenty minutes. The server did not come to take our order. This was after we had waited over five minutes to be sat. The restaurant was not busy, and there was no line at the front of house. We understand that, with one server on the floor, he has a lot to do. However, waiting almost thirty minutes to order is ridiculous. We left without eating. It's a shame, because the food looked really good.

If you have an environmental streak, don't go there. They refuse to serve you tap water and force you to buy bottled water. The owner argued that it was too complicated, that he was not a slave and that he had to make his restaurant profitable by selling us bottled water! What he didn't understand was not a question of cost, but a question of environmental cost! All this plastic consumed for nothing! I just can't believe it. He kicked us out. But in the end, he was the loser...
