Used to be great, now overpriced and decent pasta. Service was awful, took us 2 hours to get our food. As I understand, this was caused by a waitress that did not come in for her shift, so may have been due to bad luck. Yet for the price, I'm not going to risk it any time soon!
In restaurant terms, this place has been around forever (for a good reason). Warm ambiance, helpful staff, excellent food. Came with a party of 20 with everyone ordering something different, and everyone loved what they received. BYOB. Parking limited.
Our group of 7 ate here last night and it was excellent. The service was top class. We took our own wine as recommended. All of our dishes were fresh and delicious, from the Gnocchi to the Romanoff. We all left happy and satisfied and with the intention of returning before our short stay in Montreal is over.
