My favorite pub for a drink after work. Reed and Michael always serve the best drinks and make me feel at home. Best pub in the neighborhood. The pints of Guinness… best pour in the city
As corner pubs go, this one hits all the right boxes. Small place, can get crowded, but that's part of the charm, good selection of drinks and beers. If you want something fancy, they can also get it from the upstairs cigar lounge. Sitting at the bar and playing the box for a round of shots is always a good time. The people who work here are some of the best bar staff in the city, also very knowledgeable about the city if you're visiting and wondering what to do next....
A proper Pub.
Visiting Montreal and popped in there for a quick drink whist I was looking for a take away (and escaping the wife and kid left back in the hotel), it was a Sunday evening and there was a few others there having a drink, decent vibe, I sat at the bar, the bartender was chatty and we had a laugh, I left after 30 mins but will definitely return when I am back in town.
