We bought a panettone at this bakery today and it had the texture of raisin bread, tasted a bit like old baguette and lacked candied fruit. $35 instead of $50. I can't imagine the people who had to pay $50. This thing wasn't worth more than $10. Total disappointment.

Excellent bakery, really thank you for all these delicious products, especially the ham and butter and the chocolate chip brioche 🫠

I went in for a chocolatine and a coffee.

Chocolatine was a bit pale, and not as flaky on the outside as I like. Coffee was nothing special compared to what you get in the many great cafés here in Little Italy.

Service was fine - young people doing their job - nothing extra. They have a 30 second interaction and then onto the next in line. I think it is possible to do better. I think the service is more personal with greater connection at Froment et de sève on Beaubien/Casgrain.

Still in my opinion as far as bread goes, still the best bakery in the local area. Maybe I prefer the chocolatines from Automne on Beaubien/Christophe Colomb.

The interior is pretty plain/clean/plastic/concrete/fake-wood. Not a cozy place to drink coffee, but it is primarily a bakery, that sells bread-to-go, so all good.

I think sometimes businesses can get caught up in the idea that everything is good.

I think there is room for improvement to stay at the top of the game.

Louise is one of my favorite bakeries in Montreal. Their almond croissants are without hesitation my favorite compared to the other options in Montreal. Having grown up in Montreal, I have tried several bakeries in my time and I never order an almond croissant anywhere else because I am always disappointed when comparing Louise's. In addition, the staff there are always friendly and when I buy a loaf of bread they offer me the option of putting it through the slicer, which makes life a lot easier. 👌

Probably my favorite bakery in Montreal! As an expat I am happy to have found a baguette as good as in France! Their raspberry financier and almond croissant are also excellent! I have tasted several of their products and I recommend them 🥰 Thank you for your work!

I loved this bakery before, I have been going there for almost eight years. But recently, that has changed, as other comments say: the pastries are smaller, quite drier, taste worse...for more money. I understand the economic context, but reflation is no!

Probably one of the best bakeries in Montreal. Unfortunately, I was served today by someone who didn't practice basic hygiene while handling my order. No gloves, no tongs, just bare hands (during the beginning of flu season). By the time I noticed, it was too late. She may be a new employee. It was the first time I saw her. Anyways, still one of the best bakeries in my books.

I've been living in Montreal for three years. I'm from Germany, and I was very sad that I couldn't find good quality bread here. Now, l've found this bakery. I'm overjoyed.
Everything is of very high quality.
I'm so happy. Thank you for being here

Excellent pastry shop located in the heart of Little Italy. They have the best almond croissant in town! Otherwise their cinnamon roll is delicious.

I made detours to buy their chocolatines which were, in my opinion, the best. Unfortunately, it's been several times that I come across a dry chocolatine like in the grocery store. At first, I told myself that I must have come across a bad batch, but after several attempts, I see that this is not the case. We no longer find the texture and taste as soft as before. Is it the recipe that has changed or something else, but it’s a shame!

I discovered this bakery during my vacation and what a nice surprise. A special mention to Angela who took great care of me, she gives off a beautiful positive energy and is always smiling, it's very pleasant ☺️
