I went in for a chocolatine and a coffee.

Chocolatine was a bit pale, and not as flaky on the outside as I like. Coffee was nothing special compared to what you get in the many great cafés here in Little Italy.

Louise is one of my favorite bakeries in Montreal. Their almond croissants are without hesitation my favorite compared to the other options in Montreal. Having grown up in Montreal, I have tried several bakeries in my time and I never order an almond croissant anywhere else because I am always disappointed when comparing Louise's. Probably my favorite bakery in Montreal! As an expat I am happy to have found a baguette as good as in France! Their raspberry financier and almond croissant are also excellent! I have tasted several of their products and I recommend them 🥰 Thank you for your work!
