The restaurant features a charming fast-food atmosphere with a narrow, white and orange-painted room. Despite the challenge of finding parking on Saint-Laurent, the visit proves worthwhile, especially when dining outside near the park or at the picnic tables.
The Loumi sandwich and bowl are fresh and high-quality, complemented by creamy, slightly tangy labneh spread on Saj bread. Zaatar fries, tender, spicy, and crunchy, stand out as champions of balance and taste. For dessert, the melting cookies are a must-try, though interactions with the staff can be hit-or-miss.
Loumi's menu includes excellent vegetarian options like salads and cheese sandwiches, and their crispy chicken burger with halloumi cheese is highly recommended. The fries, considered the best in the neighborhood, are incredible, though takeaway orders may soften in the sealed box.
