Soupe et bœuf saignant servie avec bœuf bien cuit. Même viande pour l’assiette de vermicelles au lieu du bœuf grillé. Peu de garnitures qui viennent habituellement avec ce plat (daikons marinés, arachides). Peu d’effort et plus cher que leur compétiteur bien connu en bas de la rue. J’ai cru que c’était une bonne adresse du fait que le resto avait plusieurs clients.
