My family and I went to eat lunch there and the portion of the food for the price we paid for isn't worth it. We were still hungry after eating the food but the service was so long that we decide to pay for the meal and eat elsewhere after.

I love going to My Canh when I am in Montreal. It's really what you can expect of a vietnamese family restaurant! The decor could use a refresh but the food needs no improvement! It's perfect.
I had the banh xeo for once. It was crispy, coconutty and not too oily. They can only make it when the restaurant is not too busy since it's a giant affair but don't skip if it's possible!

During the pandemic it's in my top 3 restaurants that I missed the most. Ask for the Pho Phnom Penh (XxL, XL) with soup on the side. Rice noodle, shrimp, pork, Vietnamese sausage, etc., it's a comforting healthy bowl to enjoy in 2 steps.
Once the dry ingredients are well mixed and your bowl is 2/3 finished, add the soup, the lime juice (chop suey if that's your thing) and here's a more lemony...
