Best place for a Pho Phnom Penh.
During the pandemic it's in my top 3 restaurants that I missed the most. Ask for the Pho Phnom Penh (XxL, XL) with soup on the side. Rice noodle, shrimp, pork, Vietnamese sausage, etc., it's a comforting healthy bowl to enjoy in 2 steps.
Once the dry ingredients are well mixed and your bowl is 2/3 finished, add the soup, the lime juice (chop suey if that's your thing) and here's a more lemony...

My family and I went to eat lunch there and the portion of the food for the price we paid for isn't worth it. We were still hungry after eating the food but the service was so long that we decide to pay for the meal and eat elsewhere after.
The food was alright in term of taste. My mom and my husband's grilled pork was overcooked/burn bit too much on the side. We cut as much possible the burn meat ? The yellow crispy noodle meal portion was very small...
