Ordered a latte and provided my own cup. The barista poured in the milk with such a look of disdain and didn’t attempt any latte art at all. For $6 I would expect a bit more effort and attention to detail. Such a shame because I really want to like this

The young barista guy was distracted talking about his tattoos and gave me a latte with cow milk when I ordered oat being lactose intolerant, and alone in line at that point. Was coming everyday for over a year asking for oat or anything but cow basically and this is the second time he does this in the past couple of weeks so Im writing this as im starting to feel nauseous from that sip and vow to never come again. If you cant take a simple order and then have an attitude about it and dont even apologize, the service industry isn't for you.

* updating my review to deduct a star on the service.Im glad I visited this place when this older guy was there - he was great & made the coffee with lots of love.Today when i went again for a 2 nd visit, this barista french chick ( im fr too fyi ) was in " such an important " conversation she didn't care to say hi or acknowledge that I was there. And I had to wait until another employee showed up. I worked as a barista and if my co worker is elsewhere i will acknowledge clients. Clients are more important than conversations with a friend. And sure maybe one employee is designated for the registration and the other for the barista work but still, my work ethics would of been to at least say " he will be right with you " . Thankfully the guy was nice - but the coffee wasn't even as good as when the other older dude made it. So im only ever buying when he is there from now on.

I loved the neighborhood and the cafe had a great outdoor seating area! The barista was quite friendly and the coffee was quite tasty.I also got some beans to try at home and would recommend this place to people who are interested in decent coffee in a nice neighborhood!

Excellent lattes, very yummy pastries and just a great vibe. Great selection of roasters for coffee to buy and any coffee-making tools. Great sunny spot to do some work but, beware, no wifi!

A very tiny café on a very nice corner. Very nice ambiance with nice and relaxing music. Pleasant staff. Only downside is that I found it a bit expensive.
Good latté. Cozy space. Large selection of locally roasted beans.

I would describe the coffee as Pacific Northwest style espresso rather than European style. That is not my preference, but if it is yours then you will love it. The pastries were excellent and they have an excellent selection of high quality travel mugs and at-home coffee equipment such as hand grinders, pour overs, moka pots, French presses, etc. Another plus: no WiFi, so no one camping at the few tables with a computer.
