Fantastic service by Anthony! The food was succulent, I highly recommend the Côte de Boeuf and the truffle mashed potatoes. It's my 20th time going to Maggie Oakes!

Chaotic slow service, one hour wait for entrees. Our party of 6 spent $750 for decent food and and poor service. We love an energetic room but the noise level from 2 adjacent large parties was deafening. Our evening was saved by a remarkable bus person who ensured we finally got service.

Slow service, waiter was not very tentative. A simple brewed coffee and a hot chocolate took way to long to be brought to the table, the water bottle stayed empty on the table way too long until someone came to replace it, the food was fine, nothing special. In my opinion is just a touristy restaurant. You pay for the location, which is very nice, but food wise, I would try something different next time.

Hostess was terrific, and accomodated our request to sit outside. Food was great and service too. A very nice place to spend a sunny autumn Saturday brunch.

My friend and I enjoyed the terrasse outside on October 1st with the help of heaters strategically well-positioned. We ordered the Table d'hôte for lunch and the green pea soup was delicious. The salmon was okay but a bit over cooked. We nonetheless enjoyed our experience.

Service and food quality were excellent. The mimosas were great but my Americano(Canadiano) was lack lustre and disappointing.

Expérience déjeuner dimanche matin: plus qu'ordinaire et non digne de ce bel hôtel. Service très lent malgré le peu de client et le grand nombre d'employés, nous devions tout demander (café, sel et poivre, ketchup, etc.) pour notre déjeuner, et nous n'avons jamais été servi par la même personne... difficile d'assurer un service satisfaisant! Bref, besoin d'un gérant sur le plancher qui s'assure du bon fonctionnement du restaurant.

Service was slow. The salads we ordered were good but the steak was dry and overcooked. I think it rested too long before it was finally served to us. We had to order 3 different steak selections because they were out of the ones we ordered. This would have been fine except that it took over 20 minutes after we ordered for them to tell us our selection wasn't available (and this happened twice). The server wasn't attentive at all. My wine glass was empty for most of the meal and they never came to ask for another drink order. Very disappointed in our meal, look elsewhere for this price point.

I was underwhelmed by my experience. I ordered the beef tenderloin rare, but it was served much more cooked than expected, which was disappointing, especially for a $64 dish. The rest of the plate was acceptable, though nothing particularly memorable. The dessert also felt like it came from the freezer and tasted more industrial than homemade. I know many restaurants don't prepare desserts in-house, but in a place like this I was hoping for something a little better.

This restaurant was recommended to us and it definitely did not disappoint; in fact it exceeded all expectations with location, menu, delicious food and exceptional service. 10/10 plus gold star.

You do wonder how this place has got such a high rating, first course was let down by the 2nd course which we waited for nearly an hour, it was Saturday after all? The dish was supposed to be a type of coq au vin but not as we know it more like roasted chicken with a wine jus on a garlic mash base, acceptable but nothing like the classic dish, So cannot be described as such.

We ate here twice this week for breakfast. The food was very good, as well as the latte and cappuccino we had. I have celiac, and felt safe eating here. They have gf toast I had with my omelette breakfast and gave me extra fruit, since I couldn't have the potatoes.

A wonderful experience. The food was excellent and the staff were first class. Attentive and professional in all aspects. I wish we had the same standard back in the UK!

This was our last stop before returning to Massachusetts and we couldn’t have picked a better place. The atmosphere was so perfect for us our Waiter/bartender, Bruce, was so helpful in advising us, and the dessert was WONDERFUL!!! We are so happy that we chose Maggie Oakes restaurant and that we had Bruce as our waiter MAGNIFIQUE!
