Best hot chocolate I've had montreal. Nostalgia inducing!Excellent lively atmosphere. And the arcade station with its retro & classic games (like Mortal Kombat, Dinosaurs and Cadillacs, Metal Slug, etc.) creates a unique blend of retro and modern.Highly recommended if you and a group of friends good comfort food.

Worst experience EVER! NOT BABY FRIENDLY AT ALL!!!2nd time I was coming today. 1st time was at the end of the summer, I entered, nobody behind the counter, only 1 client in the cafe, I waited 5 mins and left.Today, I went to the cafe because I needed a place to give his bottle to my baby. I entered with a stroller. I made sure to remove as much snow as possible from the wheels on the entrance carpet. Anyways, I came in, started to go to the counter, the barista was doing the dishes, not a "hi" nor a smile, just a "j'arrive". Then she came, still no smile nor "hi", I kindly asked for a grand latte. I sat at a table right in front of the counter and I saw the look from the barista at the stroller. She served me my latte, and went to the back of the cafe to get a mop to clean the traces made by my stroller. Note that there were traces of wet steps everywhere in the cafe from other clients. Outside of the fact that she left me a bitter taste, Latte was also not good at all. I didn't drink the latte (attached is the photo of the aspect of the latte, the milk foam doesn't look good at all). I just finished feeding my baby and we left right away after. SUCH A BAD EXPERIENCE! I will never come back!

Love the drinks with the custom syrups they offer. Tasty and not very expensive. Been here multiple times, sometimes to do schoolwork and sometimes to just have a snack with a friend and it has always been an exceptional experience. Love this place and the cool snacks they offer.

Nice waitress but the fire alarm came off multiple times (for at least 30 min) while there were people working including us….. the guy said he forgot about it, definitely going back lol

Latte was pretty good. Not magnificent. But it was fine for $3.50+tax.The staff Ive encountered so far are very nice.
