Love the Chinatown location but had a really bad experience with this one. I made an order on DoorDash and called to confirm. They were very rude and said they weren't on DoorDash, even though they were (I confirmed the address and everything). They didn't offer to help at all and treated me very badly, as if I was asking them for a huge favor instead of giving them business. A shame, because I really like the food. I won't be coming back and recommend people to stay away.

The food was decent, I got the hot and sour soup and fried shrimp dumplings. They were both delicious. We came at a good time, the place was completely empty but started to fill up as we were leaving. The food came out very quickly and the waitress was very nice and polite! Wasn't the best but would definitely go again!

I had a great time here, cucumber is crunchy which is one of the proof it’s fresh! Not too spicy and nice displayed, I order pork dumpling, it’s delicious and juicy, the portion is pretty big which I can’t finish all, it’s good flavoured and I would recommended this place !

I ate here with my family because every other restaurant around it was full. This place was mostly empty. I know... not an auspicious start, but we were hungry.Food:Dumplings were ok. Not the best, but not terrible.The spring rolls tasted really weird. Maybe old, maybe gone bad. I couldn't tell, but we didn't eat them.Service:Friendly and prompt. There wasn't much service beyond taking our order and bringing the dishes. We were not checked on at all and I had to go to the cash to get the bill because the waiter never came back.Atmosphere:Definitely the worst aspect of this restaurant is the (lack of) cleanliness. When we sat down I noticed that the floor under the table looked like it had never been mopped and that there was a lot of dust and spider webs on surfaces other than the tables.Then I went to the bathroom... photos attached. There is no excuse. Clearly not cleaned in weeks, if not months. Truly shocking. I'll never step foot in this place again. I can only imagine what the kitchen is like.
