Beau cadre ! Merci de nous avoir accueilli pour ma demande en mariage! Merci Maison Boulud !
Maison boulod stand out at the best cuisine ive ever tasted in montreal , the fusion of the food different aromas and flavours from the soup , fish , meat to the desert , the service was top from the waitress to the person serving plates with excellent introduction to the dish overall If im gonna say one thing is the the staff who introduces the plates should a little bit slower while explaining cause food is an experience and we shall enjoy everything from the explaining to tasting .
Je n'avais qu'une heure pour souper avant un événement et j'ai été impressionnée par l'équipe de Maison Boulud. L'accueil, les plats et le service, tout était parfait. Merci d'avoir rendu ce moment possible!
Excellent lunch concept, menu choices, all ,top quality. As usual, served by the Ritz's pleasant and elegant staff. Very pleasant ambiance and overall experience.
Great restaurant with outstanding service. Food was meticulously done and the kitchen is open to menu change is case of alimentary restriction. The fixed prices menus are great deals which makes it more affordable. The decor is great especially the inside patio and I think the ambiance could use some light music like jazz ou classical to elevate the atmosphere
I was so excited to finally eat at this restaurant that I had heard many good things about. Tomas our server was great, but then a big group showed up and all the attention went to them. maybe they needed to have more waiters. The service was kinda slow. We ordered some drinks and it took 15 minutes to get them. We had the squash soup which was very good; the artichoke salad was ok, nothing outstanding. The octopus was beautifully presented and the flavors of the chorizo and hummus worked quite well. Our main course was the risotto, the flavor was amazing but unfortunately some of my mushrooms had a lot of dirt and it totally changed the way I was enjoying my entree. They did remove it from our bill, which is something I truly appreciate.
The kitchen was off last night. Took 45 min to deliver appetizer of 6 PEI Oysters. They were delicious. My wife ordered lamb saddle which was excellent. My oven roasted quail breast was overcooked and tasteless. The confit puff was very good and the accompanying squash was excellent. Delays were apologized for Have hade 2 excellent breakfasts here and would highly recommend the buffet and the eggs Benedict with salmon instead of ham.
Excellent bucket list experience with fabulous breakfast and stunning garden views but very pricey so definitely a special occasion splurge unless I win the lottery!
My husband and I were visiting Montreal and enjoyed a fabulous brunch on Saturday afternoon. The ambiance looking out to the garden was beautiful. The food was all delicious with the standout being the French toast desert and a fabulous wine recommendation from the Sommelier. Highly recommend if you are looking to treat yourself and don't mind spending some money on a special experience.
Fantastic service as always! Old world charm and one of the few remaining restaurants in Montreal where people put effort into getting dressed. Service is impeccable from the moment you arrive to the last second while waiting for the valet to bring the car around. The food is made with fresh local ingredients and presented artfully! Portion size is adequate and taste is more than satisfactory. The only downside is a lack of spicy options on the menu but you can't expect that from French inspired dishes unfortunately. Never had a bad experience at Boulud over the years!

Food quality was mediocre at the most. Service was slow and not attentive. Overall experience was just okay, especially just after a fantastic dinner the night before at Leo in Mont Tremblant.
Nous avons réservés hier soir pour deux. Quel moment magique nous avons vécu grâce au professionnalisme de notre serveur Thomas et à la fine gastronomie du chef et de ses équipes. Mille merci pour ce moment de bonheur culinaire !!!
We were disappointed in the total experience. The service was quite slow despite the restaurant not being full. The grilled octopus was cold. The heirloom tomatoes were not vey flavorful. The wine list had only high end bottles to choose from. We will not go back and will be suspect of other Ritz restaurants.
Food delicious, excellent cocktails - also visually interesting, impeccable service and pleasant atmosphere; not too loud. Beautiful experience!
