Just went in quickly for a drink before the game with my husband. Service was good, drinks were fine. Can't really comment on anything else as it was only a quick visit, but we would go again.

Absolutely loved this location. Went with a team of coworkers after work and our waitress was on top of it. No one went without the entire night. Despite what I have seen in other reviews the prices were pretty good for the area. We plan on coming back to support this great location

I kinda like this place, it could be good watching sports here, there's a lot of tvs but it's a little pricey, plus the blonde girl wasn't that great with service.On a positive note, the jukebox has a cool feature which it plays music videos on their tv's.

The new pub is amazing. It's a slightly more upscale version from the previous iteration. My friends and I were there to watch hockey and UFC and there were plenty of screens throughout the ground floor and the mezzanine to view all sports. The vibe was on point. There is an upper floor with pool tables and less TVs but still strong vibes. The entire venue should be good for March Madness entertainment, as a reference point. Strong recommend.

What a disaster of a service! Despite being expected to be bilingual, the waitress struggled to understand our orders due to her lack of English and French.She completely mixed up everything, shifted blame onto us, and displayed shocking rudeness about it instead of apologizing and make up for it (we were not even pissed).Clearly, she would be better washing dishes or in the kitchen.

Interesting new spot on Peel in Montreal! I used to come here when it was a Mexican restaurant called Carlos & Pepe's. The new decor is very... new! It's clean and modern. But so new that there's really nothing unique about it yet. The walls are bare, and the bottom floor atmosphere feels very cold. Not as welcoming as McLeans Pub down the road yet. That place feels lived in. Like pubs ought to feel. This place feels a lot like a new condo in Griffintown. Hope they start decorating the place soon. This city has so much history. It would be a great touch to see some of that displayed on the walls or something. The drinks were nice and cold, but the service was slow because our bartender was texting on her phone most of the night. She seemed to also be managing the staff so maybe there was a lot happening behind the scenes which created most of the problems. Definitely going to give this place another shot. We used to love visiting McLeans Pub when we visit from the south shore, and once this place starts to feel like a real public house, with more attentive staff, I'm sure it'll be just as great.

They pull a great pint of Guinness and the atmosphere is ideal for watching sporting events. SCREENS EVERYWHERE! We will be back for sure to watch some games!

Service,food and Guinness was great,we where about 12 people,the place is beautiful,they did an awesome job on revamping it,use to be the old Carlos & Pepe's,you could never go wrong when your Downtown to hit up McLean’
