Very good food - try the tartare, with the sweet potato fries, it is out of this world! The service was great and very attentive. The cocktails are good, the rice cakes and the Porterhouse too.
It was just extremely hot in there on a summer evening - not sure if it was an AC problem

I went to The makro yesterday for a birthday dinner, and unfortunately, the experience was extremely disappointing
From the moment we arrived, the customer service was unwelcoming. I had reserved the table from 6 to 9 PM, and throughout the evening, we were constantly reminded in a repetitive and uncomfortable way that we had to leave at 9. It would have made more sense for that message to be communicated directly to the person who made the reservation, rather than going around to every guest and creating unnecessary pressure.
The atmosphere felt rushed and tense. We barely had time to enjoy our food or conversations without feeling like we were being pushed out. The waiter, in particular, was very rude and disrespectful both in person and during previous phone interactions. It completely ruined the vibe of what was meant to be a celebratory evening.
If you’re looking for a relaxing, welcoming place to enjoy a meal, this is definitely NOT it. I won’t be going back.

We wanted to go to the Grinder restaurant but it was full and they suggested we could go to Markro instead. It’s own by Grinder and it has almost the same menu, but with more sea food. It was really good! It’s also easier to talk than the Grinder thanks to the lower volume of the music. I recommend!

The food was delicious! And the service was sublime! We were sitting at the bar and Nicolo made sure that we had a perfect night. We got great recommendations and the vibe… exstatic!! Will definitely come back for an overall great experience!

The food was delicious! Had the 40oz Wagyu Tomahawk, special for the F1 weekend, with the side of mushrooms and grilled Brussel sprouts.
The steak was great, as expected, but the mushrooms were fantaaaaaaastic. Pleasant surprise.
The hostess was incredibly friendly, as was the bartender (Nikolo I believe?)
We had a few drinks, but I highly recommend the Piscocello and they also make a good amaretto sour.
Ambiance was great, and while the wait for the food was a bit long, definitely within reason for the F1 weekend.
All in all, highly recommend! All in all, great spot!

We had a big party of 25 for a surprise bday. Beside the amazing food and atmosphere, the staff was the nicest and most efficient I've ever seen! Thank you so much for the amazing service! Looooved my evening! To top it off downstairs at the King Krab, great place for drinks and music!
The layout of the restaurant is really nice and the food was really good.
However, everything regarding the cocktails and the wine did not satisfy for their prices : $18 for a glasss of wine for a Chianti that was not decanted, the bottle just opened, not decanted. Are the servers not aware of what a good wine makes? Can't they try it? I expressed that I thought the wine was too young and I was met with a blank face and a "I can give you another one if you want". That's not my issue. The restaurant prententiously showcases a few bottles of wine in the cellar and bottles going in the $500 and you're telling me the servers aren't able to help me correctly with my wine choice? Similar issue with a cocktail that did not meet basic requirements.
Overall okay experience but being told "You have 6 minutes remaining, can I bring you the check?" leaves a bitter taste in the mouth. Please communicate proprely we had a table from this time to this time and I'll make sure to leave in good speed. Also, the hostess took other people's reservation before mine and my friend who arrived after me had the same issue.
All of this doesn't equate to the picture the restaurant desperately wants to paint.
I paid my bill like any other, but won't go back.
