Zero tolerance for sanitation.I bought a sandwich there and when I arrived at the checkout, I informed the lady that a sandwich had slipped, the packaging had opened and that the sandwich was in the fridge without protection. She put it back in the packaging and placed it in the fridge for sale. Because it was clean.

It's maple season! They have the Tournicoti (New York roll) with maple cream, white chocolate and walnut frosting. It's soft and moist. They also have Easter bunnies in different colours (metallic, pastel, traditional).This store doesn't have a sitting area, it's just for takeout.

It was really good, particularly the Chocolatines which surprised me, a very friendly atmosphere and friendly staff. I liked the decor of the little store, really well located in MTL.???♥️

Really extremely disappointed with the derogatory comment that I heard... a customer in this establishment for 3 years on a regular basis I have seen the "service" deteriorate my experience each year... it is better to have fewer employees than people who consider that tipping in a counter service which did not exist and which has no real reason to exist in this context is a way of judging the customer, I apologize for not understanding why I should tip 1ct to a service constantly greeted with a sigh, without relevant advice, without adequate answers and with the impression that o. Is disturbing a teenage class conversation behind the counter telling each other about their adventures and antics of the weekend… I always reward good service, but it seems that like many establishments here today It is not teaching the staff that tipping is never due but an addition that comes from the customer experience. It is therefore a reflection of the work given and not of the expectations we have of it.Very disappointing

I tried a croissant and a chocolatine for a comparative experience with another bakery very close. Mamie Clafoutis loses not only in price but also in quality. The 2 pastries were dense and their texture was ordinary. For a croissant that was still on the baking sheet, that's not a good sign. The place is nice and the other things look appetizing, but if the simple croissant is only ok, I don't expect much of the rest.

Worst experience ever, this lady at the counter was so mean and unhelpful. She was saying that she is the manager in charge and that what she decided was the final answer, she wasn’t even trying to solve my request.. and was so abusif to her coworker who actually tried to help. I finally end up paying for lots of items that I would not be ordering otherwise.. the products are tasty but the prices and service is awful !!! Never going there again!
