Two early deliveries, cold salads, and zero accountability.
I scheduled my orders for a specific time and twice they arrived early. When I called, they were unhelpful and blamed Uber instead of trying to solve the problem. No ownership, no solution.
For the price, you would expect fresh and tasty. Instead the salads were cold, mediocre, and overpriced. If a place cannot handle basic timed delivery, it says a lot about their service standards.
Not ordering from here again. Plenty of better options out there.

We have a location in Toronto, but the first time I tried Mandy's is at this location in Montreal. I never thought I'd go to a salad bar or restaurant because I figured, what's the big deal with salad? However, my sister really likes salad so I took her here because well Mandy's is known for salad.
I was actually impressed! I got a steak salad and the greens were really fresh and there was a lot of salad in my bowl. The quantity is a lot and I wasn't sure if I could even finish it. Yes, I was almost not able to finish a bowl of salad. They are very generous with the portion for the price you pay and the dressing is actually quite good. I felt like a rabbit the whole time and my sister really enjoyed her salad.
The customer service is also very kind as well which I appreciated. They offered to make my sister another salad because of a potential allergy but it wasn't needed.
If you're looking for a healthy lunch and to get your veggies in, Mandy's salads is the spot! I would definitely probably go again!

I'm a big fan of Mandy's and I always get the Crunchy sesame with mock chicken. I tried this salad at this location and it was quite disappointing. I found that the greens were very bitter, mock chicken portion was very small and there was barely any dressing in the salad. I asked for some on the side and the stuff were kind enough to give me extra dressing. I paid 31$ and I did not feel like it was worth it. As for the service it was good, and the place itself was nice.

I ordered through uber eats and received rotten ingredients in my salad. The avocado was entirely brown and not salvageable. The apple was rotten and for some reason soaked in vinegar, it smelt awful. Plus two ingredients that I paid extra for as additions were just not included. Overall the salad I received was not fresh. I used to love Mandy’s, I guess it has changed - will not go back sadly

I rarely give 1 or 2 🌟, however, when spending over $20, what I got was just a full bowl of cheap chick peas , mixed a bit of kale ( which I thought it would be the main ingredient of this salad) , w/ not so fresh feta.... one 🌟 is too much. I forgot to mention during the whole time, there was some annoying little bugs flying around, so disappointed 😞 won't return for sure.

Great experience! We went there for lunch and the service and food were great. Salads were super fresh and tasty. I appreciate that they were nice enough to let me switch some toppings I didn’t like. Interior also very cute. We sat outside and the vibe was awesome.

Mandys Gourmet Salads was a delightful and unexpected surprise during my visit to downtown Montreal. I wasn’t specifically looking for a salad spot, but I’m so glad I found this one, located at 1241 Rue du Square Phillips, just off Saint-Catherine Street. The restaurant itself is beautifully designed, cozy, stylish, and full of charm. I was warmly welcomed upon entry and chose to sit by the large bay windows, which made for perfect people-watching while I waited for my meal. I ordered a generously portioned, seasonal salad that was both vibrant and delicious. The ingredients were incredibly fresh, the flavors well-balanced, and the dressing complemented everything perfectly. It was also quite filling, which was a pleasant surprise for a salad! My server was kind and accommodating, contributing to an overall excellent experience. I especially loved the ambiance, relaxed, inviting, and full of little design details, including a lovely tree in the center of the space (whose name I’ve since forgotten, but it added a beautiful touch!) Highly recommended if you're in the mood for a light, satisfying meal in a lovely setting, and a great spot if you enjoy people-watching in the heart of the city.

I used to be a fan of Mandy’s but lately I’ve been always disappointed. Quality and quantity of ingredients has deteriorated significantly whilst price of salads continue to rise. Multiple errors in my online orders, and they have horrendous service - never pick up their phone. I’m truly disappointed and I will not be going back.
