Good salad and nice place, but their coffee machine closes at 6:00 p.m. when the restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m. on the pretext that it takes a long time to make coffee.
I have been a long time Mandy's customer over the past 4 years but I have recently been very disappointed with the quality of their salads. It is not the same as before. I usually order through Uber Eats and have no issues, but my past 4 orders have been messed up in some way (missing ingredients, barely any toppings, etc.). I ordered a custom salad with lettuce, kale, egg, pita chips, parmesan and mock chicken, yet I received what was essentially a bowl of lettuce with a few pieces of chicken and a couple pieces of each topping. At $20-$30 for a salad, giving customers so little is entirely unacceptable. I won’t be ordering from Mandy’s again, especially not from this location.

I simply cannot recommend this location and particularly advise anybody with food sensitivities or health issues to avoid this location entirely. If you can, go to literally any other one. Twice now, they’ve given me the wrong dressing. The first time, they tried to pass it off knowing full well they had gotten it wrong, but luckily I overheard them saying that “green goddess dressing pesto is basically the same thing” to each other, so I was able to intervene. I know it seems dramatic to be upset about a dressing error but I explained that due to a medical condition (not an allergy) I can’t have certain ingredients in pesto and chose green goddess for a reason. It shouldn’t take me accidentally overhearing their conversation and having to disclose a medical issue for them to take the 5 seconds to get the order right. And no, it wasn’t a busy night at all.
The second time, tonight, I didn’t check having faith that it was a lapse in judgment the first time. Clearly, I was wrong to put my trust in the staff (same people as last time too) because they gave me pesto again. I had ordered with another person so we were able to swap our dressings at home when we noticed. But it shouldn’t come to that especially when I’m paying about $30 total for a salad.
This ongoing experience has been so disappointing as I’m a huge fan of Mandy’s and love their food, cookbooks and grocery items but I simply cannot risk eating here again when their staff seemingly do not care about getting orders right. How many other customers health and safety have they put at risk for the same ongoing mistake? Unless it’s personally malicious, I can’t imagine that I’m the only one.
Dietary restrictions: Meticulously check your order to make sure they didn’t give you the wrong thing, as it seems to be a theme for them.

What a lack of respect for the delivery people
Too beautiful, too good, great service, take a salad from the menu if you're not rich, I made it myself and $42 for a salad is stinging but so good though ?

The quality is no longer the same... I loved the summer salad. Now I feel like it tastes worse than before. I have the impression that the recipe has changed. Also: the chocolate chip cookies that were DELICIOUS have become a pale copy of what they were... the recipe has been changed too... I won't order from Mandys anymore if it's to be that expensive and the quality not worth it.

I love Mandy’s salads, but the service was lousy here. We waited 1 hour for two salads! This is not normal! There were almost no more customers. After 45 minutes I go to ask the girl if it's normal that our order isn't ready yet and she tells me it will be ready in less than 5 minutes. 15 minutes later, still nothing!! That's when I ask him again if it's normal. To tell me that the invoices had not been printed!! 1 hour wait and no one was able to warn us?! We had other things to do and we were starting to get extremely hungry. Not to mention that we paid for parking and the minutes ticked by. In addition to not accepting cash and receiving my order with errors. The service really disappointed me. First and last time at this branch.

Had a salad here and thought about my sad dead rat (pictured for your convenience) thank you mandy for bringing up really sad memories about mr scroungy :( he died in a tragic accident involving a toaster fire and a grilled cheese. My salad had cheese in it that’s why and rats love cheese so like that’s the connection. Anyways one time this guy behind the counter said they didn’t want to wash dishes becuase they were almost closing and I thought he had lots of raison!

Amazing! But true ? We show up at 8:25 p.m. to order three salads to eat there this evening, the restaurant closes at 9:00 p.m. We received our ordered dishes in cardboard containers under the pretext that the restaurant closes in 30 minutes and that there were already enough dishes to do, the attitude of the young man behind the counter was a total lack of professionalism, How sad we had just paid $98 for three salads and some juices, even though we are regular customers of Mandy's. It’s now over for us, congratulations to this young man ?
I liked the salad, but it is quite pricy. The portions are big and the staff was polite. Nothing bad to say about my experience here the other night for dinner.

Quite disappointed with my experience, even though I was a big fan of their salads. The vegetables lacked freshness, the online ordering instructions were not followed while the restaurant was deserted and the employees were not busy. I have already been blown away by the quality of the dishes, this was far from being the case this time. I believe the rapid growth of the chain is not serving its customers and the quality of service and food has deteriorated as a result. Very expensive for the dish I was served. Plus, the salads were sold at a lower price at the grocery store (and seemed fresher)...
