Loved this spot! Beautiful interior design; very pleasant atmosphere with a great music playlist at a very comfortable volume. The tables had water already available with glasses. The food was delicious and healthy and filling - I ordered an orzo salad and my brother ordered a Cobb salad. Even the cutlery was beautiful and easy to use. Also the bathroom was clean and beautifully designed and spacious. Zero complaints. I will be returning!

I love Mandy's. Big portion of a tasty salade with fresh meat, veggies and fruits. Sadly, it is too pricey (-2*). It stops me from going there more often than I would like to. I recommend this place.

We ordered the Seared Tuna and the Pacific Crunch salads, both were fresh and flavorful, and we enjoyed the food overall. However, the experience was let down by the service.
We came on a Sunday evening specifically intending to use the $50 gift cards we had purchased that same day for our meal. We were already a little nervous about visiting this location, as we had noticed it only had a 3.8-star rating on Google compared to other Mandy’s locations, which are rated four stars and above. Unfortunately, our experience confirmed some of those concerns.
After ordering, we were told at the cashier that they were having issues processing gift cards and, as a result, we couldn’t use them. This was very disappointing. Given that the issue was on their end, we believe it would have been reasonable for the staff to accept the gift cards and sort out the processing problem internally afterward.
The staff did take my contact information and said they would try to find a solution, but in the end, we had to pay with our credit card and leave with the gift cards unused. While the food was good, the lack of flexibility and follow through on the service side left a poor impression.

3 times I’ve been there, and each time I left with something in my order being wrong, like forgetting to add chicken in a chicken salad… everybody seems to be a tad too relaxed in there… if it’s not about the coffee machine not working, it’s something else… great salads (if you manage to leave with what you ordered). Worst experience I’ve had in a while. Too complaisant of a brand. Overpriced.

I went back to the Laurier location after a dull dry Cobb salad the week before, but today's generous, super fresh and delicious Habibi salad showed me that it was not the norm for Mandy's salads. The staff was wonderful and my overall experience this time for lunch was excellent. Great salad, generous serving, well-balanced fresh ingredients. I recommend ordering the dressing on the side (that's what I will do from now on) so you can get a good amount and pour it yourself. This was the perfect amount of dressing for this Habibi salad and it's officially my favourite now. Thank you Mandy's!

I found an Amazon Basics AAA battery in my salad.
I ordered this through Uber Eats and paid nearly $40 for it — only to discover a battery mixed in with the greens. This is not only disgusting but incredibly dangerous. I can’t understand how something like this could happen. Absolutely unacceptable and I will not be ordering from here again.

My husband and I are loyal Mandy customers for 5+ years. And today we were really disappointment with the salad portion. For a a meal that is worth around 50 dollars, it is disappointing that a take out salad bowl, is only half full.
