Wow, I just had the most incredible me-time at this amazing spot on Laurier! I tried their delicious Cobb salad and their new, mouth-watering chicken soup. It was all so lovely, and the staff were incredibly friendly and welcoming. You simply must try it out for yourself!

Unacceptable service I would like to put 0 if it was possible, the employees were unable to give my Uber order to the right delivery person and when my delivery person came to collect it of course it was no longer there. We spoke to a waitress to ask her to make it again and she refused, saying that the kitchens had just closed so it wasn't possible. This is unacceptable, I found myself after 1 hour of waiting without my order and with an unpleasant waitress who didn't want to do anything to help me. The restaurant is responsible for verifying that the delivery person takes the correct order and apparently, the waitress completely ignores this responsibility. We asked her her first name and she refused to give it to us, any respect is unacceptable.

Terrible customer service.We ordered on February 12 at 7:30 p.m.They gave our order to a bad delivery person so we never received the order. We called them to redo the order while our delivery man was there, they didn't want to redo it because the kitchen had just closed... we had been waiting for an hour. I find it really unprofessional and uncompassionate.We asked for the person's take and they didn't want to give it to us! She doesn’t even take responsibility…really disappointed

Ordered The Fave with chicken, paid for The Fave with chicken. Got home. Surprise surprise! No chicken. I guess it’s my fault for not having checked but you would assume that when you’re paying $25 for a salad, they will be thorough enough to get your order right.
I placed an order and asked for no eggs due to allergies. The salad arrived with eggs mixed inside. I could die if I eat this. The manager Rebecca said she will « investigate » this issue but failed to ask me for any contact information to resolve this issue. The website also wouldn’t let me form a complaint against the branch for the food safety issue.

I really like this location. They are generous with the bowls(I get a custom bowl) and every time it tastes amazing. Try mixing green goddess dressing and tamari dressing(my friend recommended it to me). Also, they recently renovated and the place is adorable!! They used to have slower service but they have rly improved on that front imo
