They call it gourmet salads, they are using cheap ingredients. Additionally, so many they use ingredients which spoil. like today avacado was rotten and smelly. I also saw employee really don't care about hygiene, they were touching their hair and used same hands. Also portion size is not standard, sometime it is too less

Mandy's would probably be able to give you more of the non-filler ingredients if they didn't use these these fancy custom paper bags and napkins with your $26 mediocre salad but that's a chain guess.

We ordered delivery on Uber eats from this restaurant and the food was quite good I guess but unfortunately we asked for cutlery and there wasn’t any in the bag. As we are in a hotel there isn’t any cutlery available and I had to go ask at the reception for two forks meanwhile my husband was hungry and frustrated with the salad right in front of him but no means to eat it.

I was in town for a few days and this both my first and second time visiting Mandy’s. Amazing service and the food is PHENOMENAL! Flavourful and filling - would recommend! I think I’d come back to Montreal simply to visit this location ha ha!

Another disappointing experience with Mandy’s. A few months ago, I had an issue with my order and was given a $10 gift card as compensation. Today, I came back to use it and it didn’t work. I stood at the counter for over five minutes while the employee tried to figure it out, holding up the line and feeling embarrassed in the process. Even after showing the card, they still didn’t honor it, which is unacceptable. I shouldn’t have to pay out of pocket for something you already agreed to make right. This is the second time I’ve been let down, and it leaves me questioning if I can trust Mandy’s at all going forward.
Edit: I ordered 2 lumberjack salads and one of them came without any avocado, second time this happens. I paid 30$ for a salad. It’s devastating how Mandys has gone downhill.

The worst Mandys restaurant. The food is always disappointing. The portions are the smallest out of all the Mandys. Ordered this salad today - the chicken is extremely dry and not tasty! Need to work on their recipes and quality of food please.

It’s become really disappointing. The portion sizes have noticeably shrunk, and not just a little – it feels like the salads are half the size they used to be. At the same time, the prices have gone up significantly. It’s hard to justify spending over $20 for a salad that no longer feels like a meal.

A really bad experience today. We went to the store at 8pm, and were told right after that it would close at nine o'clock. As soon as we got our food and sit down, which was around 8:20, the staff started packing up and cleaning right next to us. I don’t know much about the closing process at Mandy’s, but it made us feel like we were not welcome. Also, the containers and cutlery for dine-in which used to be something really attract me are no different from those for takeout, It’s not worth wasting my time to eat in the store. (Not to mention that these costs $54) I used to love Mandy’s so much and always come here every time I’m in Montreal, but the experience is just getting worse every time. I hope the owner could pay more attention on keeping the reputation while opening tons of new locations.

What a disappointment Mandy’s has become . They’ve halved the size of their salads and upped the price . I never minded paying 30$ for a salad cause it was filling, but now it’s just pathetic portion - i made my own salad- walnuts ( maybe there were 4 walnuts, cranberries , like 6 cranberries - tiny amount of lettuce / it’s just a rip off - sorry - plus - why are they serving everything with Plastic forks in a tiny cardboard bowl? I was eating IN, not take out

Ordered a crunchy sesame for take away. They didn’t even inform me when they were ouT of crunchy noodles and instead of asking me about a substitute they just decided to remove it all together. Also there was significantly less avocado than before
