The worst Mandys restaurant. The food is always disappointing. The portions are the smallest out of all the Mandys. Ordered this salad today - the chicken is extremely dry and not tasty! Need to work on their recipes and quality of food please.

It’s become really disappointing. The portion sizes have noticeably shrunk, and not just a little – it feels like the salads are half the size they used to be. At the same time, the prices have gone up significantly. It’s hard to justify spending over $20 for a salad that no longer feels like a meal.

A really bad experience today. We went to the store at 8pm, and were told right after that it would close at nine o'clock. As soon as we got our food and sit down, which was around 8:20, the staff started packing up and cleaning right next to us. I don’t know much about the closing process at Mandy’s, but it made us feel like we were not welcome. Also, the containers and cutlery for dine-in which used to be something really attract me are no different from those for takeout, It’s not worth wasting my time to eat in the store. (Not to mention that these costs $54) I used to love Mandy’s so much and always come here every time I’m in Montreal, but the experience is just getting worse every time. I hope the owner could pay more attention on keeping the reputation while opening tons of new locations.

What a disappointment Mandy’s has become . They’ve halved the size of their salads and upped the price . I never minded paying 30$ for a salad cause it was filling, but now it’s just pathetic portion - i made my own salad- walnuts ( maybe there were 4 walnuts, cranberries , like 6 cranberries - tiny amount of lettuce / it’s just a rip off - sorry - plus - why are they serving everything with Plastic forks in a tiny cardboard bowl? I was eating IN, not take out

Ordered a crunchy sesame for take away. They didn’t even inform me when they were ouT of crunchy noodles and instead of asking me about a substitute they just decided to remove it all together. Also there was significantly less avocado than before

I've been going to Mandy's Square Phillips once a week for lunch for 4 years since it's just a 10-minute walk from my work. Unfortunately, my experience has been like playing Russian roulette with my order.
I always get the Wolfe salad, mixed with a normal amount of dressing and an extra egg. When it's made right, it's a GREAT salad. But half the time, the extra egg is missing, and even though I ask for a normal amount of dressing, one week the salad is bone dry, and the next, it's drenched to the point of being inedible.
The ingredients are often lacking too – sometimes there are only three pieces of carrot, two tomatoes, no parmesan whatsoever, and the avocado is either missing or dark brown.
I genuinely love Mandy's, but I'm growing increasingly frustrated with the unpredictable quality. Spending $20-25 on a poorly executed salad half the time is becoming hard to justify. While I know others will continue to order from there, I'm not sure I will.

My favorite restaurant ever in Montreal. I highly recommend the pumpkin latte and all type of salads they have in their menu. I wish they have a Mandy restaurant in Colombia 🥹😍

Was able to order a child size salad which was perfect and a reasonable price. Love the decor and atmosphere and really enjoyed my salad and the dressing was delicious. The only thing I didn’t enjoy was the crunchy noodles which I found bland and a little chewy. The cookies are amazing!

Waited triple the time they said it would take and they gave me the wrong salad. My salad was 5$ more so I paid too much, tipped and got a cheaper salad I didn’t order or want, late. This was my first time at Mandy’s, and apparently will be my last.

Two problems in the same week:
Monday takeaway order sesame crunch extra shrimp: forgotten sauce (no sauce in the bowl)
Wednesday shrimptastic extra avocado: zero avocado in the bowl to take away! Zero. It's a bowl with avocado in the dish already. I took extra and there was nothing.
