Maybe it’s because the restaurant is new and people have seen it on social media so there’s always a line up, people want to try a new restaurant it’s understandable. That’s why it’s useless to book a table especially on weekends because I booked a table for 5 for 6 p.m on Friday and there was a line up since 5:30 p.m. and even if we let the waiter know our reservation, we couldn’t go in anyway, we had to wait for a table that could fit 5 people so we waited for 45 min. On top of that, a waiter spilled a mini bowl of sauce on me (not on purpose), but I felt pressured to give 15% tips fearing that the waitress would judge me.
Adult all you can eat: 42.99$+tx+tips The menu looks a lot like K2 (which was also written on employees T-Shirt) and Taiyo in Longueuil. It’s quite expensive in my opinion but I’m assuming it’s for the unique concept of the anime vibe and decor.
We had to guess how many items there were when ordering and if you’re reading this, now you know: it’s only one per item, for example 1 shrimp tempura.
About the food: it was delicious like any other sushi restaurant I went. I recommend the beef skewers because they’re so tender and juicy as well the beef ribs. Sashimi are delicious too.
Other than that, it’s a great concept for anime lovers. The decor is beautiful and we can see they’ve put some effort and budget as you can see some expensive figurines. Finally, you’re paying for an Instagramable place rather than the food.
