Was here for mtlatable. Excellent food with good flavor balance and excellent ( natural?) wines that pair really well with the food. My only negative comment was the arctic char was a little bit over salted, and the dish could use a touch bit more acidity in the sauce perhaps, but otherwise was very delicious. Everything else great.

The service is very professional and friendly but I found it a little too intense (one can therefore wonder if it is a desire to do well or to be able to renew the table...). Trendy place, refined decoration, very aesthetic and very courteous service but when you go to a restaurant it is above all the cuisine, the flavors, the emotion that you come to look for, and there unfortunately it is not there's none of that. Flavorless dishes, exorbitant prices for the quantity, cocktails not balanced, room too noisy, the temakis are OK but that doesn't make up for the rest. Restaurant that is riding the trend of mini plates with maxi prices. Too bad because the concept of sourcing products locally is great.

Loved the ambiance, and wine suggested with our meal. The bavette was so soft, and biang biang noodles with lamb was well balanced (not overly spicy!) wish it was a larger portion, however plates are meant to be shared! Service was A+ . Would come back!

We had the worst waitress we got two dishes. We were expecting another dish and we were there for one hour. She didn't even try and apologize or tell us that it's coming. It was terrible. We got up and left.

Anemone is a hidden gem. Every time we come here, we are greeted warmly and the service throughout our dinner is outstanding. Each dish is creative and artfully presented, truly delicious. They also have wonderful and unusual wines to match with our plates. Anemone is a real treasure.

In one word, wow! Perfect balance of creativity, beauty and deliciousness. This place isn’t just for Instagram, it’s mainly for the palate.
The highlights were the tuna with watermelon, halibut with mushrooms, and salad with granola. Everything we ordered was really good too to be fair – sourdough, hand pulled noodles, temaki. Every ingredient seemed fresh and highly selective.
The service was friendly and paced well. I wish they were open another night during our stay so that we could’ve gone back. Can’t wait to come back here again!
