Probably one of the most beautiful tastings in many moons! Everything was executed to perfection. The wine was in perfect harmony with the dish. The service was impeccable. And, finally, what can we say about the atmosphere. A favorite place!
Was here for mtlatable. Excellent food with good flavor balance and excellent ( natural?) wines that pair really well with the food. My only negative comment was the arctic char was a little bit over salted, and the dish could use a touch bit more acidity in the sauce perhaps, but otherwise was very delicious. Everything else great.
Excellent restaurant, we enjoyed ourselves, the dishes are refined and delicious.
The wine was also very good and suited our dishes. The service is very professional and friendly but I found it a little too intense (one can therefore wonder if it is a desire to do well or to be able to renew the table...).
In any case it was a great time and I highly recommend it.
