Wow, I got the large Griot plate (~$15) Super nice pieces of pork, fried 👌👌 The picklyz, Well spiced🌶👌 The little broth style sauce is really nice! Plantain is good, portion good To return and to recommend 🤤

The place itself is kind of hidden away but the food is phenomenal. I don't even like rice but their rice is probably the best, most flavourful I've had. The chicken was perfect as well. Very much worth checking out.
Unfortunately... Disappointment, the weighed bananas are soft and full of oil. Heavy to swallow and not cooked!
You try to support BUT... always the same disappointment.. The basics are not cooked right, soggy and heavy "fried bananas weighed"

Value for money I think it's pretty good price $11 for a small dish of griot, the only 2 things that bother me are the following as in ALL West Indian restaurants sometimes there are too many pieces of fat instead of pieces of griot. The 2nd thing that bothers me with marabou is that there is no macaroni salad only lettuce salad without vinaigrette overall I would give a rating of 3.8-4 depending on the pieces of griot ?
