I love this place for its convenience and the fact that they are truly delicious banh mi’s. The only downfall is one employee who really does not put any love in making the sandwiches and most times skimps out on the ingredients, the rest of the team are friendly and clearly put care into making a good banh mi but it’s really a shame that I leave disappointed whenever I get my sandwich made by what seems to be one of the managers… for the most part I love this place but I truly am bummed out when I see it’s them making my sandwich:/

It's good, but Nguyen Huong in Toronto is better. Sorry Montreal!

put Hung Phat's Banh Mi's in an octagon cage against any other sandwich in montreal and Hung Phat will 10 out of 10 times always come out victorious

there is not a SINGLE sandwich in montreal that can beat their BANH MIS, WHY DOES IT HAVE TO BE SO FAR FROM ME WHYYY

They used to have a long waiting line for banh mi before but I guess others custumers noticed too that they reduce it all. Yes indeed...thin line of vedgee and meat for 8$ banh mi and they charge extra if you want more vedgee @£¢¤¦±! They have to change or will lose custumers! Their secret is the sauce only! Go compare Vua at Berri!

I highly recommend to not order /eat there. They won't let you use their toilet no matter what, and are stingy about the amount of toppings. The quality of the bread has decreased, as well as their quality service. Being a loyal customer, I am very disappointed

The lady cashier is not the owner! Make sure she give you the bill when you pay cash because she did not when I bought 1 banh mi! They reduce the vegetables inside banh mi (I believe the employee too lazy to cut!) and also the meat. OK the inside look is more pretty than the father time but I rather the father time...more everything in the banh mi! The only godd is their banh mi still taste good!

The aoli doesn’t taste as rich and delicious as it used to a couple of years ago. I wonder what happened.

Best banh mi to date.

Fast paced, regular lunch spot that never disappoints!

I typically order a classic, lemongrass beef, or meatball banh mi, but have also got their curry soup, which was flavourful and filling. They have veggie sandwich options too.

The prices are affordable and they have a solid selection of snacks, pre-packaged Vietnamese dishes, and drinks (Le Selzter pictured) to choose from. You can’t go wrong!

Best Bahnmi in the city. Period.

Marché Hung Phat serves up one of the best banh mi sandwiches I've ever had in Canada! The bread was perfectly crispy on the outside yet soft inside, and the fillings were fresh and flavorful, with just the right balance of meats, pickled veggies, and a hint of spice. Each bite had that perfect mix of crunch and savory goodness. It was so good that I couldn’t leave without ordering another one to take back to Vancouver! If you’re in the area and craving authentic Vietnamese flavors, Marché Hung Phat is a must-visit!

We've been getting our Banh MI from this store for over 12+ years and still remains the best in town. We know it's very good when most people from tournaments place a group order of 50+ sandwiches as lunch and snack! Please continue to make great Banh MI for a very long time and have a successful business! My personal favorite is the chicken and my wife is the beef. You can't go wrong with any flavours. Go have a try! Thank you Hung Phat!
