Just recently discovered this little gem on Cote st Luc Rd. Food was so yummy, and the staff were respectful and attentive to my every need . Prices were not bad. Try it out . The Persian menu was varied. I ordered for a group of 4, and we had plenty to satisfy us all with some leftovers. I would rather support a genuinely amazing resto with staff and owners respecting me than a chain or a so-called shi shi spot on Monkland. Also it took between 25 to 30 mins to prepare because everything is done fresh .No food was sitting hours before I came .

Why on earth would you serve hot food in plastic containers!? That was the first big disappointment. As for the food, we ordered a Koobideh and a Special Koobideh — neither tasted like real koobideh at all. Honestly, one of the worst kababs I’ve ever tried, especially for such overpriced dishes. Definitely not a place I would recommend.

I recently visited this restaurant for their Persian kebab, and I was honestly impressed. The kebab was tender, juicy, and perfectly seasoned, authentic flavors that instantly reminded me of home. The rice was fluffy, the grilled tomatoes were smoky and sweet, and the portions were generous.
What made the experience even better was the service. Our waiter, Zakaria, was incredibly kind and attentive. Overall, the combination of delicious, authentic Persian food and outstanding service, the kindest owner makes this spot a place I’ll definitely return to and recommend to friends. If you go, make sure to try the kebab koobideh!
Mazzeh is honestly one of the best spots I’ve been to in a while. The food was amazing — super fresh, full of flavor, and everything was cooked just right. I tried the mezze and some grilled dishes, and I could’ve happily eaten the whole menu.
The vibe inside is really nice and relaxed, and the staff were super friendly and helpful without being over the top. You can tell they actually care about making sure you have a good experience.

We had a wonderful experience at this restaurant. The staff were incredibly respectful and welcoming, which made us feel very comfortable. We ordered the Royal Platter and Khoresht-e-Masti, which came with fresh, warm bread, it was absolutely delicious. The food was served on time, all the kebabs were flavorful and perfectly cooked, and everything was served hot, which we really appreciated. The only small suggestion I have is about the rice, the taste wasn’t quite to our preference. Maybe trying different brands of rice could improve it even more. The seating area is quite limited, so if you're a group of more than 4-6, it might be better to consider takeaway.
Overall, a great experience and definitely worth visiting. Wishing the team continued success in their great work.
