I'm a loyal customer of the McDonald's Alexis Nihon, but unfortunately, the quality of service has declined considerably. I work in the shopping center and go there about four or five times a week. Today, I ordered a wrap and an egg BLT. As always, I asked for four packets of ketchup, but they refused, claiming they could only give three. What?! Apparently, that's a new rule. I've been going to this McDonald's for seven years, and they've never refused the four packets of ketchup I asked for; even other McDonald's don't have this rule. In short, because of this lack of service, this poor welcome, and this deplorable communication, they've lost another customer. Basta hasta la Vista goodbye 👋

Worst place to ever dine in. The employees are rube , slow and untrained. They took 38 minutes to prepare a happy meal and junior chicken . Worst atmosphere, when I asked for a refund they denied and still made me wait so long .and when I received my order it was cold 😭 I will never be coming here again, and I won’t recommend anyone else to come in here

That’s the worst McDonald we have ever experienced. The fontaine drink is empty, only water available. The toilet is so dirty that the paper towel and liquid is full of the floor….
everytime i go its a different mess up. waited 15 minutes for an ice coffee, and i swear they dont even put coffee or milk in the coffee, its just syrup and cold water. disgusting!!

The food it the quality you should be receiving from a McDonald's but it's not very pleasant when there are flies everywhere as you are waiting for your food. Sometimes it does stink and you do have to make sure when you getting your soda that it isn't flat just incase. Otherwise the staff is friendly and the speed of service depends on the time you go around.

I ordered a Quarter Pounder meal with large fries. When I went home I discovered that they gave me a Big Mac and my large fries was half full. Make sure you inspect your order the staff is not focused and unreliable.
