Morning staff: service is good Afternoon staff: can't even get your order right.
Ordered a BLT, they didn't add half the ingredients in it and the poutine is wrong completely the only with they got right was the water bottle.
Also staff act like they don't work there, found the manager doing absolutely nothing, standing in the customer area the whole time I was waiting. I wish I was getting paid for doing nothing

i would like to start off this review by saying that i’m a mcdonald’s connoisseur but today i had a really unpleasant experience. I ordered a poutine and i got a soup of gravy instead. I don’t know what you did but there was way too much gravy and my stomach is literally a swamp. I’m making this complaint as a cry for help because it hurts, it hurts my heart. Please reduce the pumps to 3 because that was too much pookie.

Worst McDonald’s ever, im waiting 1h30 for a simple order on a cheeseburger. They dont answer the phone and charge me 60$ thats ridiculous and dont want to refund me. Im really disappointed and think they should literally close the store if they cant do their job.

The manager makes you complete a survey and guarantees you leave with a potato and a drink if you only give good grades. You answer it and next thing you know, he tells you no and tells you that when you come back next time! Dishonest people annoy me and even more so those trying to improve their image! Knowing that my vote must surely impact his salary!!!
