I've going to this place for 3 years and i just received a very bad customer service right now i've waited more 20 minutes for my order to be remade a second time and the bacon was never added to my Habanero Mcdouble after receiving my order.Order only Big Mac and junior burgers because the rest seems to complicated for them people waste of time..I'm working myself for customer service I've never been that much disgusted with this kind of service

Stupid staff!! They are all on their phones, playing songs, laughing and talking loud in their own languages to each other... no one wants to serve the order.. literally have to wait for more than 15 minutes for a coffee!!

Extremely disappointed. Cold Filet-O-Fish, stale or burnt fries, and inconsistent preparation. Paying extra for priority delivery doesn’t solve it. Management must take action to fix this problem.

The night manager is the worst, the fact that her collègue who isn’t manager way better and knows how to talk and knows his job, unlike the so called manager htf are they letting incompetent people be manager, this was at midnight the store was empty were not speaking about a rush hour when ure stressed and busy she’s just mean and don’t wanna make effort to work

Today, In the evening I visited this mCdonalds and I ordered a Ice cream with caremal and they put caremal too much i cannot even see ice cream in sundae so i have to garbage it now in future I will never visit here again.

Worst experience, I don't blame the employees, they do their best, but the management, how is it possible 2 people, even the night shift, you are always MCDONALD, you have customers , people waiting just to take order and many orders between uber and people inside, of course you will have poor and very slow service.

This was one of the worst dining experiences I've had in a long time at a McDonald's. The service was extremely poor, and the atmosphere was chaotic and uninviting. Staff members seemed more interested in chatting among themselves than attending to customers. There was a clear lack of focus and professionalism.

The environment seems less than ideal, and the food appears to be unhealthy. Furthermore, the service quality is reportedly quite poor, and there seems to be a lack of respect for customers. It is also concerning that the fish fillet may have been cooked in chicken oil due to the busy hours. How unprofessional is this situation?
