Probably the worst McDonald's in Montreal. Just painfully slow, and smells like a urinal. The men's bathroom urinal is broken, and you can smell it from the dinning area.

Not bad service but there definitely is room for improvement.
Deserves even no stars at all , like all macdonalds never fresh or satisfying anymore but this one is complete trash o received the food cold and disgusting ignored the extra sauce

Stopped in to use the bathroom. Super clean bathrooms.
Unfortunately I would never eat there. Nothing Vegan and I am not paying to modify and omit items in their new Vege patty burger.

This McDonalds is garbage, once you order they make you wait in the parking lot a solid 15-20 minutes before they hand you the food. By the time you get the food, its cold and soggy. DO NOT COME HERE

I visited this McDonald’s on December 7th, 2025, at approximately 10:24 PM through the drive-thru. When I pulled up to the intercom, there was no greeting, just a few seconds of silence. Then, suddenly, there was a loud scream coming through the speaker, followed by silence again. I said “hello” multiple times to make sure everything was okay, but received no response at first.
When an employee finally answered, she greeted me while loudly laughing, joking, and interacting with her coworkers. Even as she said, “May I take your order?” she continued shouting and laughing in the background, clearly not focused on assisting me as a customer. At that point, I simply closed my window and drove away.
This level of unprofessionalism is unacceptable. Working at a fast-food restaurant, regardless of age or wage, is not an excuse for rude or careless behaviour. Employees represent the business, and customer service should reflect that.
I am not sure whether this location is corporate owned or franchised, but I hope management or ownership takes this feedback seriously. I have also contacted head office to file a formal complaint.

Literally the worst mcdonald’s i’ve ever been to. i came at midnight and ordered 1 singular drink. it not only took 15 minutes but they even got the order confused. I’m not sure what the qualifications are to work here bcs baseline common sense is not one of them.

This Friday the 28th arround 4h30pm, i came to the driveway to order..... asked the girl if she has croissant nature, she said we don t have, i asked for chicolatine, i was shoked with her rude unswer and rude attitude: madame, if u want chocolatine, you go to Tim hortnon.
If i m at Mc Donalds, it s because i want to bay from Mc Donalds, i don t need the employee to remind me where to go.
Such behavior pushs client to go away to other fust food.

I was just there today , I don’t know where they think they’re located but it’s very very cold , RIDICULOUS.
I even order an apple turnover & it was cold , time was best before 9:40 am & I ordered at 11:33.

Terrible experience, both in store and delivery they never get the orders right and waiting time too long for delivery they keep they drivers waiting for too long even when the food is not ready. If you cancel, they keep your money for food taking over an hour to get delivered.
