I was just there today , I don’t know where they think they’re located but it’s very very cold , RIDICULOUS. I even order an apple turnover & it was cold , time was best before 9:40 am & I ordered at 11:33.

Terrible experience, both in store and delivery they never get the orders right and waiting time too long for delivery they keep they drivers waiting for too long even when the food is not ready. If you cancel, they keep your money for food taking over an hour to get delivered.

This place used to be terrible. Constant errors in orders, slow service. Then I guess the head office brought in someone to improve it because it got much better. Now it's terrible again. I order iced coffee regularly, and always ask for oat milk because I have an allergy...meaning I will get sick if they make a mistake. And they have. 50% of the time they put regular milk, even when I doubled-checked with them--or they add sugar when I didn't ask for it. The morning workers are slow and incompetent. If someone had a more severe allergy, they'd be in big trouble at this place.

I waited over 30 minutes for my order, which was packed and then unpacked while employees served other customers. My food sat there getting cold. This isn’t the first time—items are often missing, and the service is painfully slow and unorganized. Staff spend more time laughing, on their phones, and slacking off than actually working. When I asked about my order, I was met with rudeness. The restaurant is filthy, tables aren’t cleaned, and the machines are always empty. Absolutely unacceptable.B
This is probably consistently one of the worst McD locations I've ever been to, whether you go for the drive thru or inside. Slow and disorganized service, very often out of menu items, sketchy atmosphere. The food preparation is subpar even for McDonalds standards, it's not rare to receive a wrong order or a sloppily put together order, like the cheese on a cheeseburger half off the burger. Today I got an already melted Mcflurry at the drive thru. The only positive is that the staff are usually genuinely nice.

I don’t know what kind people are doing the service there but it’s very bad. I’ve never been to a McDo where the employees don’t care about the kind of service they are giving like what do you mean I order one burger and a fries and I have to wait for 10min like seriously 😒 whatever what you order u gonna be waiting or sent to reserved area. The teenager in there are really have fun and laughing while people are waiting. This mcdo truly is a joke
