i couldnt see the order on the tv and they told me to show the payment on my phone. it said that i had just payed 3$. they still wouldnt give me my damn drink. Sent our order in via McDonald's app for pickup. When we showed up, the woman refused to give us our order. She said she outright refused. First it was because we weren't in a car. So we literally went and got our car. Then she said she wouldn't fulfill it. We tried to show her the invoice and that we had been charged. She continued to refused. We had to do a charge back, file a complaint with McDonalds, and are even (and this is so stupid) have to meet with the Montreal police. This situation is so stupid. All we wanted was to pick up our order of four double hamburgers and a big Mac trio, and now I can't even trust that there won't be spit or some other bodily fluid in the food there if I ever went back.
