Once again an oversight in the order. My daughter’s happy feast!! Call them, the dis phone works and communication is difficult. Being told to come get the menu that they can't do anything. No. If I ordered, it’s because I can’t travel! You have to go back through the DoorDash app to PAY EVERYTHING! Unacceptable when it’s their fault! And next time there will be something free. To see if the promises will be kept I noted the name of the person….

I had the big arch, it was the single worst burger of my entire life and it McDonald's I was not expecting much, in took one bite and felt like vomiting. So disappointing and very expensive.

Non existant staff. Myself and another car waited 5 minutes and nobody took our order. After getting staff attention at window they finally took our order. Saw atleast 5 staff members and nobody taking drive through orders No reason given
I just went to the drive-thru, there was zero sound, nothing was happening and I was waiting calmly then, all of a sudden, a girl shouts into the intercom "MOVE FORWARD!!" As if the problem was me and not their faulty intercom. Mega customer service in any case. I don't have to be talked to like that. I left in a bad mood. I would like someone to tell her that customer service is not for her. THANKS

If you are not able to do the skip commands properly it is perhaps better for you to leave your job to someone who will do it better it is starting to be annoying always something missing or command all eighth note
