Since forever, restaurants ask if you need ketchup or mayo with your meal. Not this McDonald’s. Here, you’ve got one shot to request condiments when you order—or tough luck. I asked the cashier for ketchup after paying, and she told me my window was closed, suggesting I try the pickup counter. The woman there handed me a single packet but couldn’t resist a lecture about how I should’ve asked earlier. I don’t need a lesson, just my food. Is this corporate policy or just staff overreach? Either way, it’s annoying. Stick to serving, not scolding.

I have a bunch of points about to expire and the cashier didn't bother to tell me then there seemed to be cold wind coming from the ceiling probably the ventilation system

The food quality got very poor I felt sick after and got food poison.... disgusting do not eat this garbage food , very bad, mcdonald's degraded everything is low quality and it's expensive for nothing . Shame on you mcdonald's never eating again 🤢

Very small washroom; prepare to wait outside.
Intricate entrance and exit; people can't read so you'll bump into people and it'll be ankward to navigating to go order.
