I visited the McDonald’s branch recently and had a very disappointing experience. I asked a staff member named Salima a question, but she completely ignored me and never came back with an answer. Her attitude came across as very rude and unhelpful. Definitely not the level of customer service I was expecting.

Crazy Crowd but because nobody want to walk to the top floor they have a large space of dining there. I think they should start to deliver food to top-floor by some elevators or something so people can go up and wait make it less crowded and people can enjoy the time there .

Last night I ordered two meals and never received the fries but received the burgers and drinks. And today I door dashed and the driver has been waiting for the food for over a half hour now.. do not recommend ordering from this location

They don't serve jam despite having it on the menu. Found out after ordering so just buttered bagels it was! Also a lot of homeless around so not the most pleasant experience and I didn't return to this branch.

A typical McDonalds, but a bit slow for breakfast and was not clean, particularly the floor. Very sticky. But my breakfast sandwich was fresh and good!

When we came there on a busy Sunday afternoon, McDonalds was overcrowded and there was only 4 employees on the floor. Couldn’t pay at the front counter, because no one was coming to help us, but not only that, we waited for 40 minutes for our order, to get it cold and horrible at the end. Washrooms are hell, all tables were super dirty. Try finding other place, then go here.
