The worst Mcdonalds in all of Canada. Came here 4 times. Never received good service. What a sad bunch. Not to mention no where to sit at night because, these clowns close off the seating with a fence. The food is always cold and the fries never fresh. I always have to send it back and have them remake it. They always argue with me and tell me its fine when its obviously not. I mean its fast food how hard is it? The restaurant is always filthy. One other time I came for coffee and a muffin, the coffee was stale and not hot and the muffin was hard as a rock. The staff are also miserable. Avoid this place at all costs. Not worth coming here. Also the homeless outside, yeah this place sucks. Hard pass for me.

I, unfortunately, did not have a pleasant experience. The place was extremely crowded and felt quite chaotic. The lines were long, people seemed confused about where to stand or pick up their orders, and there was very little organization from the staff to manage the rush.
Cleanliness was another issue. The floor looked messy with leftover trash and spilled drinks. It’s understandable that the restaurant is in a very busy area, but that doesn’t fully excuse the lack of order and cleanliness.
What made things worse was the long wait time. I had to stand around for what felt like forever just to get my order, and even then, the staff seemed overwhelmed and rushed.
Overall, this McDonald’s branch really needs better management and cleaning routines. I might stop by again only if I have no other choice, but it’s definitely not an enjoyable dining experience.

Her attitude came across as very rude and unhelpful. Definitely not the level of customer service I was expecting.

Crazy Crowd but because nobody want to walk to the top floor they have a large space of dining there. I think they should start to deliver food to top-floor by some elevators or something so people can go up and wait make it less crowded and people can enjoy the time there .
