Hello ı was order junior poulet with grand poutine but my grand poutine ıt was in the large size but almost 1/4 ı went to service and ı explain the problem but they said its normal for explain it want small poutine cap and i put insade the cap large to small but in the small cup still less i pay 16.7 for nothingggggg dont buy here go other mcdo or company after the constraction they never put regulur size last 2 years i used this place but right now like a garbege

Disgusting customer service at this place, if I could rate it a 0 I would. They closed the drive through with all cars waiting in it, don’t say anything to the customers that they are having technical issues and just make everyone wait, we had to scream at the machine and still no one answered. Then we drive up and the workers are hiding from us. When we tell them we have been waiting and would like to place our older the woman tells us she can’t take orders and we either need to rejoin the drive through or go inside to place an order. 30 minutes wasted due to pure incompetency

The food was awesome, except, as a Muslim I asked twice on different occasions if the food was halal, one said yes ofc and the other said not really. I'm surprised by the varied responses. So too be safe I only took the fries and the drinks. I tried some nuggets too, it was good in the moment, but, since I don't think it was halal, I had stomach problems. The service was alright, I have no complains. Otherwise, this mcdonalds is just average.

The service is the worst ever.Very rude and impolite.I placed the orders through the app on my phone, they refused to serve me and asked me to replace the order and go to the drive way.They even dON'T know customers can choose to pick upin the front counter or drive Way.So stupid and rude employees~all of them are like this bad service~
