I always request fresh Nuggets because they're often cold! Last time I requested them they said they had just came out of the oil and that was a LIE! They were already getting cold... Stopr arguing so much like je coming out of your pocket and just make a fresh 10 piece... Also you need to officially change the hours on Google for indoor eating because either it's wrong. Or the staff closes the doors early...

My husband and I ofter come here after our shifts amd the food is always fresh, especially the fries. Today they made a mistake in my order but they fixed it right away and even threw in a free apple pie. I haven't seen this kind of customer service in a McDonald's in a long time. 10/10 Update: Now that I arrived home I noticed that they actually gave me the same thing I sent back but it made me laugh so we're good

I have had a very good experience at this branch. The management is excellent, very polite toward all customers, and very patient. The environment is beautiful, clean, well-organized, and not messy. The staff are kind and welcoming, and the food is also excellent and served on time. I strongly recommend this branch to all regular McDonald’s custom

Worst McDonald’s experience ever. I had to walk in because the drive-thru was already packed. I ordered ice cream around 9:30 PM on June 24, and they told me I needed to wait. After more than 30 minutes, at 10:15 PM, I asked how much longer—only then did they tell me the ice-cream machine isn’t working. Absolutely no communication the whole time.
That’s not all. I came back on another night and waited 10 minutes at 1 AM just for two Junior Chickens. The employee looked either completely inexperienced or just didn’t care—slow, careless service, and the sandwich had so much mayonnaise it was impossible to eat.
Unfortunately this place is left to be desired at a very high level. Not only did I notice the staff being slow, some were outright not working. Worst part? One guy, not wearing any uniforms, was in the kitchen, no head net.... (???) this breaks several MAPAQ regulations with that alone. He didn't even do work, so I can only assume he was on his day off.
Regardless, the place is pretty dirty and the service is just too slow. Would not recommend...

Just your typical McDonald’s. I’m quite annoyed with this place because when they say they’re open 24/7 it’s very misleading because that only applies to the drive-through. The regular restaurant closes at 11 if I remember correctly.
