Never seen such a dirty restaurant!! As much waste on the floors as in the trash cans. The toilets are extremely unclean. Refuse promotional coupons.

The people working morning shift have no clue what they are doing. Very slow and always make mistakes with my coffee. They need to be more respectful with clients. The girl answers "Allo" like a phonecall. No respect and very lazy service. Now i go grab my coffee at Tims.

I always tell myself that it couldn't be worse than the previous time but still! Incredible slowness and nonchalance from the staff who are often too busy shouting at each other or chatting about their weekend. Incomplete order and when we ask to rectify everything, the princesses behind the counter give us a murderous look! Always dirty, sticky floor, soft drink without gas so only sugar water...the kingdom of stupid air! Avoid!!
