Bought a trio burger coke was flat and warm and not even sweet. Went for replacement after checking with staff who did nothing told me to get the zero coke.. I took the sprite and lol realized only after leaving that it was just plain water no gas.. I have had enough .. left thirsty that hot day..

there is a food area to the left of the register that I would NEVER, EVER set foot in. I'm a young adult, and I remember life at that age, but they need to do something about the teenagers hanging out at this McDonald's. the soft drink machine is right next to the small secluded food area and it's really scary to go there. I saw teenagers start fighting several times right in front of the vending machine/the cash registers/the small isolated area and that stopped me from leaving and the employees did nothing! They also know it's a problem because they block this section with chairs and tables at night sometimes. when the other customers are afraid or have to push people out of their way just to LEAVE then there is a problem :( the employees of the night shift are very nice on the other hand

Tired of it!! Every morning the service is disgusting, they work like sleepy flies, in an empty establishment it takes 7-10 minutes to give an order (coffee). Change manager!!! Still not polite!!!

Worst manager I ever came across in my life. Not only did he lecture me next to my children because we asked for ketchup with their meal but he then suggested I'm a liar because I complained that my LARGE fries were filled just 1/3 of the box. Literally charged me for large and gave me a kid portion. He then refused to fill my LARGE fries the way it should be. I asked for a refund.
Terrible manager, I will never visit this store again. I saw him being rude to two other customers as well. Why does he even have a job here
