Don't order from here, just pass it. There are enough Mc Donald's in the city.Wrong items are a consistent issue. If you order out, they'll get it wrong 2 out of 3 times by missing items like an entire order of fries.If you're ordering inside, they'll definitely give you the wrong order like a missing patty.Just go somewhere else.

It's expensive for the low quality of the food!The young girl at the drive-thru didn't know any French and made no effort. This is unacceptable ! I made a complaint to the Office de la langue française.

Honestly it’s one of the few Mcdonalds that do your order well in Montreal. I always prioritise this one over the one in CDN because Beaumont is more consistent. Staff is pretty nice too, friendly late night

Crazy We buy 4-5 time coffee in weeks at that location 25$ around in afternoon ok service....this time evening around 5h00 pm more then 20 minutes for a boxes of coffee that the last time...the staff was just talking at Mc ...now I'm telling my staff to go buy at CDN location or other place ...for boxe of coffee or all coffee and donuts ...not for food a boxe coffee ... to all people dont ordre from that location boxe of coffee they don't care take sweet o time

Saturday morning breakfast run. Slowest service of any McDonald's I have been to. Drive through and uber orders seem to have priority. Big lineup of people waiting for their meals. Please do better.

Very slow service in the evening for almost forgotten deliveries which are also for customers.The employees spend the time talking informally while there is a line of peopleVery not recommended for deliveries
The service is too bad. I ordered the food almost half an hour, but the food was still not coming. They don’t have any orders before me, and they have nearly ten staff inside the kitchen. If it’s possible, I will give this McDonald’s 0 stars.

Very weird experience at the drive thru where the employee just barely opened the window to pass the PinPad machine. No hello, no thank you, didn't even see who was holding the stick. Is this customer service in 2023???
