Extremely Disappointing - 30 Minute Wait for a Small Ice Cream!
I visited McDonald's today and had a truly frustrating experience. Despite only ordering a single small ice cream, it took an astonishing 30 minutes for my order to be ready. The restaurant was indeed very busy, but such a long wait time for such a simple item is unacceptable. To make matters worse, when I politely inquired about the delay, the staff's response was far from courteous. Their impoliteness only added to my disappointment. I left feeling very unhappy and let down by both the service and the excessive wait time. This was a very poor experience.

Service is so bad.. I had a sandwich at 3 o’clock if on my break. Howeve, they give me wrong sandwich. Once I get time from my work I went back and ask for replacement or refund. First they refuse to give anything even they are the one who gave me wrong order. Afterwords, they agree to replace and then it took them 20minutes. I ask for refund because I couldn’t wait that long for one sandwich. So I have to left without refund and sandwich.. The service and the employee are so bad. The girl who was taking order was ignoring me.. Seriously this location service sucks.

We showed up on a Sunday morning at least a half an hour before our train departed hoping to get some breakfast for the ride home.
What a disaster.
The machine wasn't printing receipts with order numbers. It was impossible to tell where you were in the que. We had to shake down a staff member just to get our order number.
We had to leave before our order was ready as did others. The staff were 100% over their head, uncooperative and rude.
We were out $10 as there was no way to get a refund. I couldn't imagine how long that would have took. They couldn't make a breakfast sandwich within a half hour.
Worst McDonalds I have ever seen. Will not be back.

I just ordered a soft drink directly at the checkout to get the container right away and it took a good 20 minutes before I received it.
Additionally, the girl taking orders seemed to not understand French and always asked the customer to repeat it with an attitude.
I tended to go to this McDonalds often in the morning for lunch but that was the straw that broke the camel's back, especially since it often always takes around 30 minutes before receiving the meal. Place disorganize.

The worst Mcdonalds i’ve experience. Always waiting for hours just to get your order, Employees dont seem to know what they are doing and dinning area is filty and it stinks, tables and benches not sanitized. BAD

Today I placed an order at McDonald's via the vending machines, and the experience was very disappointing. I waited over an hour to receive my order, which is unacceptable. In addition, several items displayed as available on the screen were not actually available in the kitchen, and the hot chocolate machine was out of order.
It's frustrating to pay for fast service and not be able to receive a hot meal in a timely manner. This reflects an organizational and communication problem between the kitchen team and terminal management. I ask management to take steps to improve the customer experience.
