First order. Unhygenic and poor quality. When the staff made the chocolate milkshake it overflowed and spilled from the original cup. He poured the remaining in a new cup and did not replace the missing portion. Second order. I had orders 4 burgers. They only gave us 3. I was in a rush to catch the train and was unable to check. Once boarded when I checked, It was missing one item. Despite having many staff, no coordination and missed orders. No Manager on duty to quality check.

Terrible to say the least - took over 30 mins to serve a meal and coffee. The coffee wasn’t strained, the fries soggy and the chipotle wrap super dry. I urge Via Rail to think of better options than this chain. Poor service and food.

Place was absolutely packed. This was a Saturday at noon. There was only one employee at the cash and he looked visibly overwhelmed. I went there with 3 friends. It took a solid 20-30 minutes to get the food.
Because of the way the AC is set, not all areas of the restaurant are covered. People 5 meters+ had to deal with the heat.
I do not recommend going there.
