I never write reviews, but this is too much. Calling me a liar when I have proof of purchase is unacceptable. The machine displayed “payment canceled” even though the terminal accepted my card, and I have proof on my bank statement.
I know it's not the employee's fault, but if I come with bank proof and ask to see the manager, it's normal to expect a professional response, like in any service at the customer base. But no, I was ignored, and my money was taken without any explanation.

Personally, I like to eat McDonald's, but it's just the atmosphere that sometimes makes me not go too far. McDonald's Café is one of my favorites, especially in winter 🥰😋

Always very very long to get your order at the drive-thru I was once inside and it was also long imagine just for coffee in the morning I have 4 or 5 people in front of me and I wait minimum 20 mins. no common sense and there are several more 🙄 I added December 23, 2024 the person who makes the lunch wraps really doesn't know how to make them it's been 3 x and it's the last time I'm going there, not closed the rap on neither end, I open my wrap everything falls on me, another time no cheese no bacon and today, the rap still not closed 🤦♀️ the eggs on top and the meat completely at the bottom, I had to redo my wrap myself, finished for me they don't care about the customers don't recommend at all!

I took a takeaway menu and discovered that the fries were cold and hard and the apple turnover was very old. They dared to remove the label indicating the expiration time to stick another one in another place. There was some sticky left. The shame.

Came to get food at 1:17 waited 15 minutes to get my food a male manager was watching as I was being harassed by homeless people in the lobby waiting for my order. You would think the manager would step in and kick out homeless people but when I went upstairs they were all just hanging out. Worst mcdonalds I've been to no Napkins in the bag was missing 2 cheeseburgers from the meal didn't bother going back to the counter for them because I didn't feel safe since the homeless man was getting aggressive. The food was also cold and meat was dry in my big mac's. If you wanna be harassed and not helped, wait long, have cold dry food, have missing items this is the place for you.
