I have order so many time to that mcdonald, worst mcdonald ever, im sick of this, everytime i order a tea i get a coffee everytime i order something, either something missing or wrong, in my opinion do not go there !!

It took almost 10 minutes to get my order of muffin and a coffee. It wasn't even busy.
Other time, I ordered a deluxe cheeseburger for my wife. When she opened it at home, she noticed there was no burger patty. Sad!

Note to self. Do not go on a Sunday evening. Loud music playing from the kitchen area, drink area is filthy, employees are less than professional. Also they never seem to have receipts in any of their machines. I wonder what the government would think about that

Convenient location, but not the cleanest. As usual, the self-ordering machines were out of receipt paper. The men’s washroom on the first floor only had scalding hot water—makes it hard to wash your hands comfortably.

Several times at this McDonalds when I have ordered just one McFlurry the workers forget about it and I wait for ages. It happened again tonight. In the end I went up and asked them where it was, and when they finally brought the McFlurry they gave me the wrong flavour. I couldn’t be bothered to go back because I had already been waiting ages.

And the tables are filthy.

I ordered a smoothie that didnt come and so I reordered it. AGAIN the smoothie didnt come. No replacement and no message to let me know if they didnt have. Not to mention that fries were cold.

Worse customer service! Rude inpolite and dont even say high or thank you. All small kids working there young with no manners. They take wrong orders, they cant even understand or speack french nor english! Food quality awful never fresh! I would give a 0! Dont go there

I’ve been coming to this location for years now. It seems like this place is going downhill and fast. First of all when I came in today it was 38 degrees with humidity and I enter the store and it’s almost as hot inside. I think this is the only McDonalds that doesn’t have a/c. I had to rush to eat my food so as to get back to my air conditioned car. As for the food portion sizes are not good. We ordered two combo meals and some sundaes, the French fries were half containers. How can you serve this to a customer. The sundaes were already melted when I picked up my order. I work hard for my money, why can’t employees be more conscientious when doing their work. I don’t think I can justify spending my money at this location.
