Came to this mcds on Jan 11 past midnight and the people working asked us to wait, but then refused to answer or serve us. We had no choice but to leave…. When we passed the window, they were talking. Extremely annoying.

We ordered just 2 Mcdoubles at the drive-through. After some wait we got the bag with the sandwiches but instead of Mcdoubles there were plain chees bourgers.
When my son went to tell them that there was a mistake, there was no acknowledgement, no apology given but more importantly, they just added one more patty.. the meat was not hot enough, the cheese hardly melted and the sandwiches were hardly re-wrapped. Just felt like we were dismissed...

The service is decently fast and the food is alright but someone needs to teach some of those employees how to interact with the customers. There is one young guy at the drive through who never even looks at you or address you in any way. No hello, no thank you, not a word. He just hands you the bag while looking elsewhere or chatting with his co-workers.

Started a timer when I finally got to the drive through window. 5:20 to be asked for my order. 15:34 to get my order. Pretty bad.

I ordered a coffe and cinnamon roll. Took 20 minutes and had to tell the girl where is my order and was late for work. Also no icing on the cinnamon roll. I would give a - 10 if I could

This place is a joke. Always hit or miss! Today I ordered the new burger with the hash brown… terrible the hash brown was so hard I chipped my tooth. The worst thing is I ordered a kids meal cheese burger and the meat was so old , dry and hard as a rock. I mean that’s for my 5 year old…. Who servers a child something like that. This location has lost me as a customer forever!!!! Never coming back and will be sure to let my friends and family not to come here as well!!!

Worst service ever! First on the drive through so lady refused to speak English with me, then they didn’t put the extra sauce on the side that I asked for and paid for, no utensils for the poutine, last but not least they added a hot buffalo sauce to the poutine that I specifically asked not to add. Worst experience at MCdonalds ever do not recommend. 0 stars

Upon returning home, I discovered that my Big Mac was not in the bag. I had to come back,the employees who had previously been blaming each other for the error ceased their actions. The individual who had made the mistake was offended because I directly attributed the error to them. Furthermore, I had expressed my desire for my combo to be shared with my family, yet he displayed disrespect towards a customer after making the mistake.
