Considering the location of this McDonald’s it was kept very clean. Service was quick, my latte was actually quite good. Would have given 5 stars but they have no self ordering kiosks which are my preference to use in store .

The most disgusting place I ever been. We are the 20/03/2025 around 00:30-1:10 a clock they have 2 employees slackers, one with an airpods in his ear listening to music made me wait 45 min after serving all the people after me that had the same amount of order as mine, not knowing that he mixed my burger in another bag he continued to take other orders + the Ubers drivers. So the whole time he was serving the Uber drivers instead of completing my order was already there but in a different bag because of him, which I was there 45 min because of that. There were no a lot of people before me and after me but they got their orders. So I tried to remain calm and respectful not telling them "do you have my order done?" The same employee that put my burger in another bag answered me that the burger is not ready yet when his companion knew where this guy put the burger. The guy in the back didn't communicate with him warning him that he put it in a wrong bag when he saw what he did, he didn't care. After I made a stare to them that I was about to snap he finely decide it to use his brain and ask his companion where is the burger and he told him where it was and where he accidently put my burger in another bag. It was there 45 min so my order was completed 15 min after I order but I waited 45 min because of this slacker employee with an airpods in his ear. I received my food cold ASF. This service sucks. And OFC pretty sure McDonald's doesn't care. Never going there again and next time I will take a picture and video for that lack of service.

This McDonald's, which many consider the "worst" in town, gave me the most memorable experience of my life. As soon as I entered, I was surprised by the unique atmosphere there - a mixture of human warmth and authenticity that you don't find in more conventional restaurants.
The soft lighting created an almost romantic atmosphere, which perhaps explains the miracle that happened that day: I met the woman of my life there! Our eyes met in line, and a simple conversation about nuggets evolved into hours of discussion. This McDonald's will forever be engraved in our hearts as the place of our first meeting.
Special mention to the community of regulars, particularly the homeless who frequent the place. They were truly “lit” as they say, bringing positive energy and fascinating conversations. These people give a soul to this place, far from the sanitized restaurants found everywhere else.
This McDonald's proves that you should never trust appearances or prejudices. Sometimes, the most unexpected places have the most beautiful surprises in store for us.

Worst McDonald's customer service I've seen I took 2 trios since I can't carry the whole thing, I asked for a large bag and cup holders, he didn't want to give it to me and he said it's only for orders.
Definitely one of the unpleasant mcdonalds to be at... only because of the people that spend their entire days or nights inside and stare you down as you walk in! The service was fine, and the food was as expected for canadian mcdonalds unfortunately. I dont know what it is but the burgers here are awful compared to australian or even american mcdonalds
